Where to start. For one, they only have 1 or 2 cashiers, and management at Fresco will never jump to help on registers, even if the line reaches the back of the store. Why is the ICE nearly $4. Go to publix, the same bag of ice is 1.50. This place rip people off with their price gouging. You can't use your points. The app sucks....

Chashier, Merly on 152nd ave is very rude always doubting my age when I go purchase wine. Just simply ask for my ID to verify my age, no need for judgements or looks. She’s so worried about my age, instead of paying attention at what she was charging me, still was doubting that too and had to speak to a manager and resolve the issue in customer service. Please Fresco y más it doesn’t matter if they have 18 years working there, if they’re not doing their job incorrectly bring it to their attention. As well as prices are placed incorrectly for items and in my opinion it’s not the manager’s fault, we love Humberto but the cashiers and anssociates are not doing their job by keeping costumers upset.

Service is great! Almost all the employees offered their assistance as I walked by. The store is organized and tidy.

Great place to get all your groceries and drinks they have a liquor store on the side but the beer in the supermarket cost way less take my advice but your beer inside the grocery store

The deli department women give terrible service. For several weeks I ask for deli meat sliced it takes 20 to 40 minutes on average and they're not nice to deal with. Everything else is good but terrible experience with the deli department

Only thing good about this place is the cheap beer prices. Aside from that it's like a third world country super market. Lines are long interior is filthy it's just a gross experience overall.
