Today we were at the market and the attention of one of the cashiers was a disaster, throwing away the merchandise and not packing it. The cashier was extremely unprofessional, I had to call the supervisor and make a verbal complaint about the employee's bad attitude at work. These attitudes are harmful to the good service, treatment and due respect that all customers who go shopping at the prestigious Fresco market deserve.

This "Fresco y mas....." is the worst market I know!!! In the Deli they have products with a different price than what they charge customers. According to a manager I complained to, he told me that the price they showed the products to the customers did not matter because the real price and the one they had to charge for was the one they had in the system (which of course only they know). . The people who were on the line and saw what happened know the details well so they will also help by stating the type of customer deception that is practiced at that site. Anyway, I will never go to that place again and I will also make many people know what happens there. This is the worst of the markets They put a price on the products in the Deli, but they want to sell them to customers at another price .The manager told me that it was fine because their internal prices are the most important, even though it is not the one they show to customers. This is my last day in this place!!!!!
