It's a waste of time trying to communicate with the staff in English - they don't know the difference between 15 gallons and $15, stalls 1 and 4. The toilet is disgusting

DISHONEST BUSINESS. And I do not say that lightly. They will take your money and not provide services as promised. Unfortunately, I’m not the only one. There are other more honest places. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them instead. Don’t make the same take I did.
