Worst place in Miami. Don't go there! My husband and I ordered a door and after correcting the measurements twice they gave us the wrong door.When we returned thinking that there had been a mistake and they had given us someone else's door, they told us that they couldn't do anything, that we had signed the order with those measurements; Of course I signed the order I had just checked twice. Long story short: we lost our money.

I am extremely grateful for the assistance provided by Donald, who was very helpful in providing us with a quote. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with a particular incident. Today, while I was accompanied by my dog and sitting on a chair, a staff member (a gentleman with facial hair and a cap) shouted from a distance that my dog was not allowed on the chair. I believe it would have been more appropriate for him to approach me personally instead of yelling from afar. The attention we received from others was uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a result of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

My mom and I went to FPG looking for a double front door and hardware, after many fail attempts with other companies we got to the right place and the right sales rep Karen Andino , she has been absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable of all the products they offer , patience , she’s been an absolute pleasure to work with and made this a pleasant experience.
