I left very angry with the treatment of the lady in the fitting room, making insults and shouting in front of the clients to leave the clothes as she wanted, it is a lack of respect since that is her job, she does not have to do that

I just walked in with my niece who is a minor and all the music is reggaeton. Nothing wrong with the genre but the lyrics go from "te voy a coger, parteme el culo and necesito una mama". I don't think this should be allowed in a public place when that kind of lyrics are banned on TV and radio.

I purchased some items on black Friday for some of my daughters Christmas presents. It was a total of 4 items. When I checked my order the next day, it was sitting in my shopping cart. Thought that was weird and resubmitted my order. When I received my order, only 3 items shipped. Checked my email and 1 item was canceled for being out of stock. Checked my Amazon Pay and my bank statement, the full amount was withdrawn. I also saw on Amazon Pay that this charge was placed 3 times and canceled and on the 4th attempt went through. The first time I talked to CS, they apologized and said that the refund could take up to 3 weeks. The second time I chatted with CS, they apologized and said that the refund is in process. The third time I chatted with CS, they told me to check with my bank about the charge and that they only charged for the 3 items. The original charge was $82.24 and they swear up and down that they only charged me $55.20. Customer service would not give me a fax or email so I can show them my proof of the over charge. This is a lot of hassle to go through for $27. But the point is that they initially charged for an item they knew they didn't have and now are refusing to reimburse for their error. $27, 1 month of waiting, roughly about 2 hours of phone and chat time, a lot of gas lighting. They refused to even look at my statements, claiming that I am not looking at my statements correctly and need to talk to my bank. $27.04 down the drain and no sweater, I just won't shop their again.

I placed on order for pick up and went to the store 8 days later on the day when they said the order would be ready. I asked store employees and they couldn’t find my order and then guessed it wasn’t ready. I gave my info to a manager and asked them to cancel my order. I drive the 40 min home only to get an email notification on the way home that my order is ready for pick up. What a waste of time! Hopefully they cancelled my order so I can get a refund. Super disorganized and don’t spend any money on ensuring a good customer experience.

This is the ONLY store that is not having/honoring the sale, ticketed items buy one get one free⁉️ Someone getting that money wonder who?. And yes fact check was proven 8/26/23

The company itself is very unstructured. Management and employees doesn't know how to communicate. Upper management think there experts but doesn't realize people don't work for what they pay or work today period. Honestly McDonald's pays more and until corporate and higher management wakeup they will always have issues with employees, staffing and getting people hired!

This place used to be so messy now is getting better, but still I feel like it has lots to improve we spent 1 hr here and we only found 1 pair of shoes and if you ask employees for help they just tell you that’s all we got like wth at least try
