After 2 years of barely running because of knee pain and discomfort, I finally came to the conclusion it was because of my current running shoes. Went in to Footworks for a gait analysis and to choose between the best options for me. Worker named Magellan helped me out, he completed the gait analysis and explained thoroughly what might be causing the knee discomfort. After he let me try on between and preferred brands (Hoka, Brooks, and On) and explained the difference between them all. After trying on like 6 different pairs, I purchased some Brooks Glycerin 21 and I just finished my first PAINLESS! 3 miles in over 2 years. I am astounded on the importance of the correct running shoes plays on comfortability and overall running ability, and I am extremely grateful for Magellan and the excellent service he provided!

I came here because I had been to another store (thinking those people were knowledge but I just wanted to make sure). Boy, was I wrong about that. Gino (slim,taller gentleman, hope I’m getting the name right) was incredibly knowledgeable and jam packed with information. I will definitely recommend to any friends or family that are looking to either solve any shoe/feet ailments or are trying to optimize .

Need to work on customer service. Went in today wanting to buy a couple of pair of shoes, but stood there for 10 minutes without a greeting or offer for help. I understand the associates were busy but would have been very simple transaction. Felt disregarded and won't be returning or recommending. Shame since inventory good.

I recently visited Footworks because my daughter wants to start running. I remember from my childhood how important it was for me to be fitted for my first pair running shoes. And the experience at Footworks did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were given an incredible amount of attention and care. To our delight, it was the owner herself who helped us, making the visit even more special. My daughter tried on nearly ten pairs as part of the process to find the perfect shoes, which included an evaluation of her running gait on a treadmill in the store. This kind of dedication and patience is rare and deeply appreciated.
What made the visit even more memorable was learning that the owner, who has operated this store for over 50 years, actually knew the owner of the store in Jacksonville, FL who fitted me in my first pair of running shoes. The personal touch and the thorough process were the same, bringing back fond memories.
Stores like Footworks are a treasure in our community. The special attention and personalized experience Footworks offers is a stark contrast to the impersonal nature of online shopping. This visit was a powerful reminder of the importance of supporting our local businesses.

Stores like FootWorks are examples of truly good retail hospitality. This is the reason to walk, bike, or drive to a physical store, to receive the one on one service from people dedicated to the craft, in this instance - running and running shoes.
I took the drive in to get a new pair of runners, was fitted by a super nice young man by three great options, and left with a pair that made me feel like running again.
The owners and staff of FootWorks should be really proud of the energy the space exudes.

I love going to FootWorks. I had such a hard time with some Altras that I purchased directly from the Altra site, and when I went in, Nicole and Ralph made things a breeze to figure out. I'm now in some of the comfiest shoes I've ever owned! Thank you both for your authentic kindness and sincere patience. I will be coming back and telling everyone to come see you both!

I stepped inside FootWorks by chance as my wife ran an errand in the area. I went in for some anti-chafing stickers and left with new running shoes and sound training tips. Associate Ralph was extremely personable and provided great information on how to improve my running form. I bought some Sauconys at a great price. The owner Laurie was manning the register and was also very pleasant. Not sure why I never ventured into this wonderful store before but rest assured it will not be my last. 10/10.
