After 2 years hiring the delivery service, I can reach the unquestionable conclusion that they must pay more attention to improving customer service, willingness to solve specific situations, and despite the personal circumstances that each person may be going through, give the best of themselves in every call and proactivity when dealing with a situation.

The worst company to work in all of the USA exploits its drivers inhuman conditions very low payments very small trucks for that job the community should buy another gas until they give a fair payment to their workers and good working conditions not at $14 dollars the hour to a cdl driver handling dangerous materials and delivering 252 propane tanks daily the fldot should really check them

I have bought propane tanks for over 30 years and never had a threaded valve coupling painted over. The valve would not seal properly and leaked gas. I called their office to tell them of the situation and they were rather casual if not apathetic about potentially killing their customers. Never again will I buy Florigas tanks. "Oh no problem, just return the tank and get a new one", was the response I received. Oh, OK. I returned the tank, received a refund, but took an empty of their competitor's and exchanged that tank at a different location.

Have been using Florigas for over 15 years with exceptional service and professionalism. Today, Saturday, I had an emergency and needed to refill my tank. I called and within the hour they had a truck at my house. Once again, proving to be the best in South Florida. I highly recommend Florigas for all of your propane needs.

Receptionist is rude as he'll. Customer service skills are trash doesn't know how to respond to simple questions. The cold plastic must be getting old.
