I could not get a Salesman on the phone. I therefore traveled to the business looking for a specific wood item. They claimed they had it in stock but were hesitant to show it. After insisting, they send me into the yard by myself to locate it. They only had a few pieces and damaged. According to thesales guy behind the counter, they had it somewhere else but wouldn't show it nor guarantee quality. They insisted that I create an order and pay. If the items were defective, they stated that I would need to keep them because I was buying a quality 2. They only guarantee quality 1 which they dont sell. Who the hell do these morons think they are? I went to home depot were the planks were slightly higher in price, but were guaranteed and didn't have to deal with idiots and scammers. Stay away from deceptive businesses.

The customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. Not only do they try to sell the most expensive merchandise, but they also refuse to politely answer customers' questions. I have appreciated that managers do not take the time to respectfully serve potential clients. Furthermore, their English is not fluent, which creates many communication problems. I do not recommend Florida Lumber...there are better options. Please visit Shell Lumber!!

I want to recommend not using this company for any potential client. They are not professionals at all in their work. The working conditions of its employees are very stressful. For this reason, their service management is terrible. Do not use their services in South Florida!
