So I'm writing this review not as a consumer but as a contractor that transported a load for fleet express auto transport. Richard the one who seems to be in charge of this company, who is anything but a legit business owner. As I mentioned before. I was contracted to move a vehicle and the job was completed without any concerns. the customer paid Richard and Richard text me that he would pay my company for the load. Well that conversation was on June 28th 2023. It is now July 20th 2023. My company has not been able to contact richard to receive payment due to richards lack of business ethnics. He will not answer call, text messages and emails. Richard seems to be a small, shallow, coward of a businessman. This is not personal, this is business. If you are in business and cant pay your bills then your wrong. So warning to transporters who are moving loads for this guy richard, you may not get your pay. Do not business with this company. I will be contacting the FMCSA for further instruction for getting payment owed to my company.

DO NOT TRANSPORT FOR THIS COMPANY!We have been chasing them for payment. Richard says will call back and never does. Nobody answers the phone. We delivered and we want payment.

Transported vehicle for this company Indiana-Arkansas company has still not paid for transportation! All transporters be careful hauling for these guy's they're getting bad ratings left and right on Central Dispatch for none payment! Also post these comments and ratings on Facebook Car Hauling Cartel to make other transporters aware!

If I can give 6 STARS I would! Great company and very efficient. I was transporting my furniture from New York to Miami and everything came in one piece. Highly recommend Fleet Express 100%.

I've used this company twice. Richard is amazing! He even remembered me from transporting my car 3.5 year prior. He made sure I received my car at my new location on time...it even came earlier than expected. I will for sure continue to use him and recommend him to anyone that I know needing auto transportation services.

Very professionally and costumer service is great.. needed to transport a car for my grandfather and Richard was very helpful. Had a million questions and he answered with our hesitation. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies I've dealt with. Would definitely use the service again

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!!! he doesn't pay contract carriers like myself to move vehicles. HIS contract states driver to be paid immediately upon delivery but that doesn't happen!! Do not use especially if you are a transporter.

If i could give 0 stars i would , i was told my vehicle would Be dropped of at my home 2 days ago it’s still not here and the person bringing the cars barely understands English and he’s been giving me all these arrival times and not abiding by them. I will definitely not be recommending or use the service again

Bottom line up front: Fleet Express Auto Transport will get your car to you in great condition!Summary:I am in the military and we could only ship one car with the government for free, leaving shipment of our other vehicle on our dime. We chose Fleet Express Auto based on the google reviews which seemed mostly positive.Fleet Express Auto is registered as a broker with the DOT. You can look for yourself, they have a good record with the government. As of this writing, no crashes. Pretty good!Richard Kelly can be hard to get a hold of sometimes, but he did communicate every step of the way. (I am kind of nosy and want to know everything.)He brokered our car from Norfolk, VA to Honolulu, HI with no issues.

Great Experience! Highly recommend...They Transferred my BMW from Miami to Orlando With No Problem! The delivery Was fast, on time and the Driver was very Professional! I will definitely use them again!
