I came to get some supplies that my friend needed for her son’s birthday & its 10:15am and the store still not open. I saw 2 girls come in earlier that work there since I arrived before opening hours, I figure it’s hard to open a store & gave 15’ before going. I waited 5 more minutes but since this was a last minute thing I had to leave somewhere else. I seems like all the stores in that plaza are open except for Five Below.

I went to that store to return an item with the receipt and before the deadline. The employee/woman that took care of me today at around 1:42; from the beginning she was was not friendly! She didn't say hello or asked me: is there anything I can do for you? When I mentioned the return right away she asked me if I bought it there (which I did not) when I said No! it was another store. Her reply was: why are you here and you should go back to that store! I told her that this store was closer from where I was coming and the other one was not on my way. She told me it was bad for their inventory! Then she told me oh you bought in April it's too late! I told her is May and I am witching the time! She didn't answer me asked me for my card to get the credit. She was rude and had no customer service at all. I am not going back to that store. On 1870 SW 117th Pl Miami Store#06040 Assoc: 111111. It was a very unpleasant encounter.

the store says outside that it opens at 11 on sundays but it's 11:15 and the store is still closed
