Tried to go last week (Feb 2024) and it was completely closed with a padlock and papers on the door like it was never going to come back. I’m not sure if it is going to ever open again or if it is permanently closed as there was no signage with any explanation and online there was no information either.

This FedEx staff is RUDE AND NASTY and is hell bent on forcing you into buying their boxes. We were actually coerced into purchasing this lousy cardboard box for $35.00! They have no shame! This is CERTAINLY A PLACE YOU SHOULD AVOID! So nasty that they don't lend shipping customers tape. This is a nasty group of rude NON SERVICE ORIENTED PEOPLE ALL ON DISPLAY. Managers instill this culture. It comes from the top, they are DISGUSTING.

I needed just some copies, the process was easy and the staff was very helpful explaining how to work the machines and answer all other questions.

One of the worst customer service provided. Specially the manager Gladys or whatever title such person possess. After associate process return Gladys explain that box being use for return was not allow based on a sticker label prior vendor put. I Immediately requested to remove such an easy thing, however she refuse and insisted for me to Buy a box from fedex.!! Talk about FedEx NOT caring about recycling!! Improve your service at least FedEx for people to have the motive for such good customer service to buy anything in your store.

Printing and shipping was a bad experience here. I asked them to print out some expensive, large posters and they were super slow, had so many questions on scaling, and then it came out really blurry. They said they couldn’t do any better. I took it to Office Depot and it came out perfect.Also tried to pickup a package that FedEx kept missing delivering to my apartment because they didn’t want to make the effort to drop in office. Since the name didn’t match my legal name they didn’t let me get it, even with tracking number and receipts. Ridiculous.

The worst experience. They charged me for a service and I never received my document. They were rude and disrespectful and offered no help at all. The worst location ever. And they just didn’t seem to care at all. It was a Spanish lady with blonde hair and a guy who is supposedly the supervisor name Martin.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using FedEx's services, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the level of service I received. From start to finish, my encounter with FedEx was nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, the package tracking system was incredibly unreliable. I was promised accurate and up-to-date tracking information, but instead, I was left in the dark for days, unsure of the whereabouts of my package. The lack of transparency and communication from FedEx was utterly frustrating, leaving me feeling helpless and anxious.Furthermore, when I attempted to reach out to FedEx's customer service for assistance, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. The representatives seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing generic responses that did little to address my concerns. It was as if they were simply going through the motions, without any genuine concern for their customers.To make matters worse, when my package finally arrived, it was in a deplorable condition. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to its handling, as the contents were damaged and the packaging was torn. This clearly demonstrates a severe lack of regard for the items entrusted to FedEx for delivery.Overall, my experience with FedEx was extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. Their unreliable tracking system, unhelpful customer service, and careless handling of packages are indicative of a company that lacks the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction that one would expect from a reputable courier service.I cannot in good conscience recommend FedEx to anyone based on my personal experience. They have failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service, and I will be exploring alternative shipping options in the future.

This FedEx location needs a corporate inspection immediately. I've come in twice this month to pick up packages, only to be given excuses as to why they're missing. My first experience ended abruptly as they were closing. Martin, the manager, seemed very unsure as to where the package was, however they seemed angst to get me out of the store. After many hours calling customer support, I was ensured the package had arrived at the store a week prior along with another package a few days after. During my second visit, the man at the counter gave me a similar reaction. After a few minutes, Martin, the manager, came out to tell me that he essentially didn't care where my package was, nor could he do anything to find it. He was very rude and nonchalant. At this point, I had to forfeit the hope of finding these missing packages as it was becoming quite a nuisance with all the time spent. All in all, Martin needs to be audited heavily as I believe he is the cause of these missing packages, and let go of immediately.Not impressed FedEx..

I usually have a easy time when I go to a FedEx location but today Martin made me doubt the company. At my visit Martin let everyone know he was having a bad day. He was unprofessional and very rude.

One star is too many for this store. Completely made up shipping policies. I have never come in here and not been forced to upcharge a sale to one of their boxes. For some completely arbitrary reason they need to ship every package in their own box. I would rather drive 1000 miles to another FedEx store than ever step foot in this petty criminal cantina again.

I called for information about packaging availability in store before traveling to the store. The automated system would not connect me without a tracking number. Shipped item by UPS instead where I received the information I needed by calling the UPS store. -Retired military member mailing a lost and found cell phone

My experience at this FedEx location today reminded me why it’s been months since I solely use ups or usps. Absolutely a waste of time, the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Printing or copies is a complicated process for some reason and staff is always too busy to help. Make sure you bring everything to ship because they won’t help you with tape or packaging like UPS. Don’t waste your time, even their prices are too high.
