They are always short staffed. The staff are helpful but there is no urgency. Be prepared to wait a looong time in line.

Great location, parking assigned for customers. I went to drop off my AT&T box and it took me less than 4 minutes. The help team absolutely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

This location's 3.3-star rating is unsurprising given my recent experience. The staff exhibited argumentative, unhelpful, and unprofessional behavior, resulting in poor customer service. I was particularly concerned to find the doors locked 10 minutes before closing, with potential customers being turned away before the official closing time. This practice is unacceptable and something I've not encountered at other locations. The manager's disorganization, exemplified by ill-fitting attire, appears to reflect the overall management style of this poorly run establishment. It seems there's a lack of commitment to customer service and operational efficiency.
My hope is that the owner of this location will step in and make the needed changes.
If you think anything I'm saying is embellished roll back the security cameras and you'll see them locking the doors well before the store closing time.

Overall, my experience with Fedex office was exceptional. gladys, Geo, Jordan and James. Completely amazing.
The combination of customer-focused service, top-tier product quality, a wide array of options,makes them a standout in the printing and copying sector.
Whether you need something printed for personal or professional use, this store has you covered. I will certainly be returning and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable printing services.

My personal experience was very positive. I felt that the employee assisting me was really detailed oriented and really handled carefully my shipment, which made me feel confident, since it contained very sensitive documentation. Will definitely come back

Was told to try FedEx for printing after Office Max was a mess in my experience. Lisa, who was super helpful with printing out double-sided documents for my wedding, had a lot of patience with all my questions.

POOR SERVICE! Dropped a Fedex express overnight envelope. Got the transaction record scan... Envelope still sitting in the facility for 2 days. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!! Called and they admit being too busy to process the express.

This place is a scam. Do not come here!!!!!
I came here because I had a large 50 lb ebay item that i needed to be returned for a refund and the usual fedex drop off place denied the package due to its large size and weight.
The guy wanted me to pay for a new box when there was nothing wrong with the original box. i explained to him that box was picked up, accepted, and then dropoff by fedex when it arrived to me, so I took it in the same condition as I received it (which i explained to the guy). The guy kept insisting that i needed a new $18 box when I clearly didn't, so i told him fine but i was still gonna be complaining about the scam attempt as part of the payment. Once I told him I was leaving a one star for attempting to scam me, he quickly said he was accepting the box and that I didn't need to pay for a new box. The lady before me was also told she needed a new box aswell.
The guy also did have horrible customer service as he could have said that before I mentioned the 1 star review. I had to even ask for the receipt as proof of acceptance as he didn't even wanna do that because I caught him trying to scam me, and to make matters worse he didn't even bother to ask me for the new label (since he couldnt scam me and had no incentive to help me now). the box ended up being returned back to me a few days later as a result, and I ended up having to take the box to the Fedex Airport Location, where there they gave me no issues, accepted the box as is, and I was not asked to pay for a new box either.
This place is a scam. Do not come here unless you want to be scammed!!! They don't even earn a 1 Star, if I could leave 0 Star, I would!!!!
