Alberto lacks customer service and problem solving skills. I provided my ID digitally to be scanned and he said that it needed to be physical. I asked if this was a policy and he said it was but was not able to demonstrate it anywhere. He could have scanned my ID from the phone, he just decided it was a no. First and last time using Fedex! Never a problem with UPS

I went into the office today to inquire on the price to send a small package to Canada. I am 76 years old. I did not have the postal code so I ask the clerk to look up queens university Kingston Ontario. He said he would not and would not give me a price. Was this request beyond this clerks ability? No. This guy hated his job and was not about to be at all helpful. Once such a great company and past great service being destroyed by poor staffing. You get what you pay for.

Unfriendly. I don't know if they're stressed, overworked or just have issues, but It's a shame because I live literally a 2-minute walk from here but I'm going to go try to find another location.

FedEx, the store is hurting your brand just by being open.
It’s inconceivable that a multi-billion dollar company has stores that operate this way in 2025, especially in an upscale neighborhood.
Outdated (unusable) software, lack of supplies, rude person behind the desk (you immediately know when an employee feels that customer service is an imposition), bizarre policies on using their computers and withholding funds…
Does corporate not realize that these retail outlets represent them as much as their delivery division does?
I ended up going to the UPS store a few blocks away where they were upbeat, communicative, and solved all of my issues in half an hour.
What a waste of time and money today.

This fedex office sucks plus they close the door at 6:50 everyday. Ridiculous! This place should be opened until 9-10pm with all the traffic around here. Their loss I guess.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced at A FedEx. Came in at 5:35 to scan documents, I asked the young man at the front for his assistance and he huffed and puffed at each document saying long it would take and kept repeating that they close at 6. This task absolutely could’ve been done in less than 30 minutes. But after 15 he told me he nor I could finish my scan job because “we cannot stay after 6”, at 5:50.

This is one of the best Fedex facilities in Miami, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with all of your needs from internal shipping to assisting in high-quality printing.

Excellent service. I do hope the parking situation gets resolved asap...don't let that deter you from visiting this location - the high quality of service that you'll receive by David and his staff is well worth it. Exceptional. Brought in a large pre labeled package but my label was not scanning. David quickly had me air drop it to his iPhone so he could rescan it and relabel it for me. His energetic and attitude was unmatched as well. Thank you David.
