I’m not a fan of this location because parking is horrible in the area but I tend to find myself using it because it’s close to my house and stays open later than USPS.
I’m usually very patient, and I understand wait times happen—but this FedEx location often tests that patience.
Today I was in a rush, waited while three customers who arrived after me were helped before me, and when I finally made it to the counter, I was told I couldn’t ship my packages because I didn’t have a physical copy of my ID. No alternative option was offered, even though I had valid digital proof. If that’s the policy, that’s fine—but it hasn’t been enforced consistently, as I’ve shipped from this location several times before without being asked for ID.
Consistency and attentiveness make a big difference. Today’s experience felt inattentive and inequitable, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

I’ve been to this location twice to drop off genetic tests for my daughter on both occasions the staff present are very friendly and attentive he store is very clean also and I love the self drop off keep up the great work

Two gentlemen assisted me today (one was a manager and the other just can’t remember his name) anyways they were helpful and yes even though sometimes the wait time here sucks and they do have other employees that are a bit lazy I never have a problem when I come here to drop off or pick up packages.
