Two gentlemen assisted me today (one was a manager and the other just can’t remember his name) anyways they were helpful and yes even though sometimes the wait time here sucks and they do have other employees that are a bit lazy I never have a problem when I come here to drop off or pick up packages.

It is always very busy each time ive gone, but the workers are very helpful and nice. They do need to hire more people for sure but they are doing the best they can
