Brian was the most helpful and customer service oriented and got me the result I was looking for, while the rest of the staff specially Robert did not care at all about meeting my needs and expectations as a customer. Hope everyone would be like Brian there!

Last week, I had to visit this location more than once to do some self-printing and every single time while I was there, I witnessed how one of the employees treated each and every customer with respect, kindness, and patience, something not too common nowadays. Yesterday, I went back to the store, and that same employee helped us out to deal with some problems we had with the printer. Although it was almost closing time, he came with a smile, a friendly attitude, and all the patience to guide us. He didn't leave us alone until he made sure we printed everything. His name is Brian, an example of excellency, empathy, and great customer service. A true star!

You speak in Spanish and they respond to you in English and they are Latinos with the air of divas, a little more common sense, a despotic man with the client who gives him food.

I visited the FedEx Office twice recently and had an incredibly disappointing experience both times. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude, unwilling to help, and incredibly slow. He seemed more interested in his phone than assisting customers and had an obvious disdain for his job. Both visits ended up being a complete waste of time. I expect better customer service and efficiency from FedEx, and this location falls far short. Very frustrating!

“Ricky” the person in charge and his team on May 28 PM had the worst attitude towards clients. the behave like they are doing a favor to clients with the worst communication skills. The basically dont have any answers related to tracking updates even though they are the ones working and representing FEDEX to customer. TERRIBLE STORE, dont come by.

They steal your stuff at this store. My stuff arrived without my expensive item, but magically all the packing material was in the box to give it weight.
Do not have them pack anything valuable. The manager, Brian, is either in on it or just completely unable to root out the criminality of the employees at this location.

Be careful discussing contents of the package around staff here. I had an expensive items stolen from me… the box magically showed up sealed but empty. Don’t trust the staff here.

Today I walked 40 minutes to pick up a print order. When I got back we had only been given half our order. So I walked there again and their assistant manager Ricky told me to go back and get the other sheets to prove that we had only gotten half. The full order would not have fit in the small box they had given me. He asked me to come back tonight or tomorrow. Absolutely not, if they had done the order right I would not have been inconvenienced at all. He told he was supposed to leave in a few minutes. I asked him to print the other 75 which ended up taking 3 minutes after arguing with me for 15 minutes. However I only received 38! A guy named Robert was in training and was more compassionate and should be the manager there. Ricky should be working maybe at a fast food restaurant but then again he cannot count. If you ordered 2 burgers you might get 1. No wonder this Fed Ex has such a low rating. Never using them again.
