This FedEx OnSite (mailing and shipping center) is supposed to be one of the most convenient services for consumers - specifically the customers at this Walgreens location. We visited this location at 200 SW 13th Street on April 17, 2022 just before 3pm. We initially came here to send a package back to Samsung, however it could not be done because they were unable to print our PDF shipping label. The associate, Beatriz is her name, said there is a system error with FedEx and that they need to update certain codes and passwords online for her to be able to enter the system, and that her QR scanner hasn't been working since last week Monday. At first she didn't seem interested at all in trying to help us print the label because her shift was about to end, but she tried to help us print the PDF with the Walgreens app instead, but then she had to clock out and leave. We were not able to print our shipping label or send our package to Samsung. The Walgreens manager on duty was upfront on the left wearing a Grey shirt trying to move the checkout line, and he didn't even realize there were customers at the FedEx OnSite, they left the counter empty with no associates. I don't even think they care about the FedEx OnSite. To make matters worse, we had no choice but to make an extra trip and try shipping with the FedEx Office location down the road at 901 S Miami Avenue Suite 214, which was another bad experience as well. We're upset because we should have been able to handle all our shipping necessities and concerns right then and there at the FedEx OnSite in Walgreens. This really shouldn't become a blame game between FedEx and Walgreens. We haven't had any troubles like this at any UPS location we've visited, and please trust that we use many different couriers frequently within corporate. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of demographics. Expect us very soon, Thank you.

The employees were really rude and unprofessional and also unhelpful. I will not recommend anyone nor will I ever go to that specific location.
