I came in to return a package to sender. Immediately upon entering this store, the manager "JP" greeted me with the warmest "good morning" as he was assisting another customer. Approximately 20 seconds later, "Charles" approached the counter and in a similar, very cordial greeting said, "good morning & how can I help you"?. I proceeded to explain I needed to return this package and needed assistance in retreiving/printing the senders prepaid label. Charles swiftly obtained my phone, retrieved the data and had the label downloaded to this location. After waiting a few minutes, the manager JP saw me still waiting and ask was I being helped. I replied, " Yes". Charles also replied saying the email had not been received while checking the computer. I stated that I was not feeling well and asked what was their email. He gave it to me and I resent. Approximately less 2 minutes, Charles discovered his initial email and my email which arrived at the same time. Charles proceeded to retrieve the printed label, placed it on my package and gave me my receipt. He then thanked me for my business and wished me to feel better. I was so impressed with their superb customer service, I asked Charles who should I contact to commend them. He directed me to this site. JR and Charles were the most warm, cordial and professional team I have encountered in this decade. I am an older woman who came from an "old school", 35+ career in public and customer service as a flight attendant, sales & public relations. They are rare jewels who are so appreciated in this day and age where customer service is a relic. This store is now my go to and is/will be worth driving the extra miles to get here.

Said my label was expired despite the label clearly showing a later date. Couldn't be bothered to do his job and figure it out. Just gave a 1800 number that goes to an infinite phone tree.

Terrible service they loose don't go there. They don't deliver the boxes. Be careful. I went twice to deliver 2 packages and they lost one box. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

This is my local FEDEX shop, and it's handled all my shipping and printing needs. It's unfortunate that they have been reviewed poorly from previous visits. I've definitely had great experiences every time. From an employee walking me through their color printers after a 8,000 questions, to having someone open the door when bringing a package in. I've also had business cards printed here that I needed pretty quickly and with 1 original that I had, they were able to duplicate it and actually make it look better then the original. So I can honestly say that they've always taken care of all my needs. So much so, I have a UPS shop closer to me, but I prefer driving further in order to deal with the employees and location. The other benefit is that there's a Pinecrest bakery right next to them, so in the mood for some coffee, a pastry, sandwhich, or just a quick bite, you can knock your shipping, printing, labeling all out of the way while also getting something in your stomach.

My daughter in NJ needed some documents mistakenly shipped to me ASAP. FedEx was the first company to come to mind. One of their small envelopes sent out on a Saturday AM and delivered late Monday PM was $36..a tad pricey, IMO. What I didn't like, and other reviewers have alluded to, is there's only ONE employee on duty. The phone was ringing, and she never even tried to answer it. There was only one customer in front of me on an early Saturday morning, but he had a complicated order so I did have to wait several minutes to be served. The employee herself was nice, just sayin' a huge freaking conglomerate like FedEx could at least put 1 or 2 more employees on duty....
