Very disappointed with FEDEX. I had a rush delivery with signature required and a 9am-12pm delivery. I stayed home unit 3pm, came back and the delivery driver came at 5:37pm, dropped it on my front door mat & left. He was a lazy idiot and didn’t care about the customers special delivery. Don’t use FedEx, use UPS, they are much better handling these!

Omggg… so annoying.. the freaking driver delivered my package to another apartment. It’s literally raining. So when I seen it said delivered, I open the door it was not there!! I was walking to each apartment looking for my package in the rain!! I couldn’t continue to look cause the rain got even worst. I got soak and wet and now I’m sick.. That package is a very important bday gift. I have deliveries from Amazon with no problem and Walmart with the same address fed ex has!! Due to the driver negligence my package is not delivered to me!!! Before I order anything else for now on I’m going to make sure it’s not from fed ex.. If this happens once it will happen again!!!! This is horrible!!!! Like my door has a door mat in front with a bronze door knob!! He delivered to Apt that don’t have any of that!!! I’m soo angry!!!!

I was expecting a delivery of a package it was valued at $1500. The package was delivered but not to my address. Luckily the package was delivered to one of my neighbors and they bought the package to me. The address are on the post office box as well as each house has, the address on them as well What scares me is the fact that they can’t even deliver the package to the right address? What’s worse is there not the first time this kind of thing has happened? I have to say that a number of your employees are incompetent as a corporation is putting themselves in a bad situation if you’re going to let these incompetent people that work for you drive on public highways.

The FedEx employees in my experience have always been incredibly nice and supportive BUT the AI support that I call for customer support is awful and ruins the FedEx experience! FedEx is better hiring more customer than using AI to direct incoming calls. The AI is annoying, rude, and ruins the customer experience. No wants to talk to an audio automated robot. Personally, I don’t even use Siri for this reason.

Apparently FedEx has a new automated voice thing that makes it absolutely impossible to speak to an actual person. Tried to call to make an address change but the package was already put for delivery and the voicebot did not allow me to speak to anyone in order to stop or correct the address on this package. This is so annoying and honestly kind of lazy for the company.

FedEx hide a package for me for 5 days and every time I call the so-called customer service line they cannot even tell me when my package will be delivered after I paid to have my package delivered on a specific date and 3 days later no one can even tell when my package will be deliver there is no corporate office you could call they just open a case and basically just forget about it and nobody's doing anything about someone getting their package thousands of dollars sitting in FedEx Warehouse and I can't even get answer

If I could give this company a negative star I would. My package was never delivered and they are refusing to file a claim. The customer service is horrible. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it is against policy to allow customers to speak to managers/supervisors. I will be contacting the BBB concerning this company. Do not use this company if you want your package,,,,

This terrible company Mis delivered my chemotherapy to wrong place. Will be over a week until it’s corrected, if it ever happensLast time someone shipped to us using fed ex it was also delivered to wrong house. This company is beyond horrible

Our speed limit in our neighborhood is 15 miles per hour these drivers do between 35 and 45 with no regard to the senior citizens that walk here all the time have called several times to no avail nothing has been done about this issue I the park manager has called also and nothing's been done

I was supposed to receive my package yesterday that I had order and they sent it to the wrong location like I put everything I even have the receipt from Nike I even tried to request a pick up option and I’ve called for them to deny it and send it back to the shipper like what?!?!

FedEx CorporationToday I received the most over the top customer service I have ever experienced from a FedEx employee in my entire life . His name is Marcos Paredes, and I meet him down in Homestead, Florida at my flower farm today for the first time.I had 12 boxes of plants I needed overnighted to a VERY important customer. Not thinking it was a possibility, I called FedEx and Marcos showed up. Not only did he help me find the boxes necessary to ship our delicate flowers at your branch in Kendall, but he even called the branch who had just closed before I could get there to see if they would remain open for me.He gave me his cell number and walked me through the whole process. He was accessible and in touch the whole time. I was extremely frazzled and confused, but Marcos helped me calm down and get it done. He was headed back to the office, and he turned around forgoing time with his family to come and make it happen for me. He arrived at my facility at 7:00 for the second time to kick up. He assured me he would personally make sure the packages got where they needed to be to ship in a timely fashion and arrive to my client before Mother’s Day. I have never had the peace of mind Marcos gave me.Feeling so grateful that he saved the day and went above and beyond to help me, I offered to pay him something, but Marco quickly declined and wrote this back to me.....“You owe me nothing. I did it because I truly care for the customer and for the company I work for...Thank you so much brotherHave a great weekend “I wanted to write this review to let you know you have an incredible employee who deeply cares for the image of your company and his job.Please don’t let his hard work go unnoticed, or I will hire him at my company ! He is truly a class act!!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET SOME ASSISTANCE?UPDATE: May 6th, 2019. Still No Check or valid response from FedEx. I don't even think I can even put into words how aggravated I am. I can try my best. Its day 77.... Yes, day 77...Since my package was incorrectly delivered. I am not tracking down a $25.00 check. I trying to track down a check over $300.00. For the average person, this is a car payment or two! This is can be half a month rent or mortgage payment! This could pay childcare! Or put food on the table for their family. To FedEx, this is just a joke! They are not taking my concerns seriously. They have no way to expedite this process nor will they utilize their own overnight shipping service to ensure I receive my repayment. I spoke to 3 different people today was provided with no real resolution other than "We will mail out another check. However, It could take USPS another 21 days to get it to you.UPDATE: April 20, 2019. Still no response from corporate and I still have not received my claim check. Last Friday I called FedEx Claims department in hopes of speaking to a supervisor, which they say they do not have available. I was transferred to various people who were unable to supply me with any updated information. Finally, I reached a young woman who actually sounded like she had cared. She informed me that she could see that they were in the process of sending a new check but they have a wait period of UP TO 21 days to physically place it in the mail. you read that right.....twenty-one days.... Therefore this could still be one someone's desk from March 28th just waiting to get a stamp... She suggested that we wait one more week, until April 20, 2019 before we place a stop payment on this check too. She would hate to see that we start this painful process all over again. Its extremely frustrating and saddening.Original: March 26, 2019 I have been working with Fedex on an ongoing case of the incorrect delivery of a package I sent since February 18, 2019. I have been jumping through hoops, resubmitting forms, live chats, various phone calls to no avail. I have been very calm when working with each and every representative which I have come in to contact with, as I understand its not their fault (which are recorded). However, today.. day 37 into my case an extremely rude, non-compassionate, and short tempered Miss Rodgers was third person I was transferred to. She continuously cut me off, and wasn't willing to just listen. She informed that now 37 days into this case, that NO case forms were in my file. She confirmed that she saw NO updated information and it was my fault that they were not there. I have various conformation emails and spoke to many other resps who say otherwise. She provided me with her email address and asked that I resubmit all my paperwork again. She, with her very short temper snapped her address to me, which does NOT accept incoming email! So here we are on day 37.... with no resolution. I am desperately trying to reaching out for help! I have all my notes, pages and pages of notes on this case, yet I cannot get the help I need. This was the FIRST time I used Fedex and horrified with the treatment I have received.

Was expecting delivery on a certain day before my vacation. Was checking on the app and online and everything was good. Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. Then suddenly I receive an email saying it’s delayed and it’s going to be delivered on Thursday. This is a huge inconvenience since my flight was Tuesday night. So I couldn’t get my delivery on time all because it was delayed. I called customer service to see if they could do something and help me by expediting it but that was just a waste of time
