Good afternoon, I went to the Coral Way store and an employee named Jenny helped me. She offered me a model of girdle and when I bought it, she told me she couldn't sell me the girdles because they didn't exist in the system... instead of solving the need. that I had with my second day of operation, he refused to sell the girdle... I went to the Doral store and Angelica helped me a lot, she was very diligent and resolved my emergency... thank you very much Angelica, ?

I wish I knew the woman’s name who helped me, but she was such a pleasure!!! She allowed me to try on as many fajas as needed to find the right one that was both comfortable but also gave me the right amount of compression! This is what customer service should be! Will be coming back!

I bought Two fajas from this store a month before my surgery.I even told the lady that helped me that if I can do any returns or get my money back and she insured me if they didn’t fit I can return and when I went to return them they didn’t want to take it back. Ridiculous I spent almost 300 !!!!!

I am very upset. Today was my second trip back to the store to exchange a faja for a different model and size only to come home and try it on and it does not fit correctly. It was super tight on my thighs. At this point I am so frustrated that I really just want my money back. It is annoying that I have to go back for the 3rd time and try to exchange it for a larger size.I decided to change my review because they were kind enough to accommodate me and I left finally with the correct faja. I was very frustrated and upset. The 2 ladies there were super nice and helped me figure out what was best for me.Thank you!
