Clean, comfortable and convenient to Publix super market for those who cook. Breakfast is weak, coffee, muffin and granola bar. Also Brickell Ave. Is a short walk away. But most importantly it is close to Hobie Beach, my all-time favorite.

This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay. My complaints are no ice in room and no ice on site. This was huge as I always make myself drinks as soon as I settle in. There were no cups to even make a drink though but they gave me paper coffee cups at the front desk. The positives was it was a very nice large room, easy parking which appears to be free. I would stay again but be better prepared for the drink situation.

Absolutely disgusting. They do not change sheets in between guests and when you call front desk to get it handled, nobody will pick up the phone. Mold in the shower. Smells like crystal meth. For $200 a night I should be getting luxury accommodations. This place is gross.

(Review wrote in 2018 ) Honestly, I was a little nervous when I booked this hotel after I saw some of the not-so-positive reviews online. But it turned out the place is really nice, so is the staff there! Michelle, Robert, Lucy and Arleen are all 5-STAR employees and offered wonderful services, we arrived there early and they allowed us to check in early without extra charges. The room had a nice city-view and very clean, they even offered us free tooth paste. This is a 5 Star place and we will make sure to visit again in the future!!(Updated in 2023), We visited again in Nov 2023, the assistant manager Arleen Sosa was very nice, she offered us a very nice room with a nice view, the room was very clean also. They also provided us cookware so we can get food from the nearby supermarket and cook those in the room. This place offers great value, we will be back again for sure!!

I've stayed at most of the hotels in Miami Brickell in the 1 1/2 years that I've been living in this area. Extended Stay America is the only hotel that didn't make mysterious charges to myself or my crew. Most importantly, Extended Stay America has a real "team" as the staff. Their entire crew respect and work well with one another . As a result, there's excellent cooperation and coordination that shows itself in an always clean and friendly environment, ready to solve problems and find solutions.
