The store is usually clean and well organized I can usually call ahead and have an item set to the side so I can purchase it or try it on before buying. The manager seems cool they helped me the last time but I'm not sure about the employees the last time I asked for something they didn't seem to understand what I was asking. I had purchased a few bra cami's a while back and need to get some new ones but they were not in the regular spot but when I asked about it one of them said they no longer sold them while the other pointed me to a table they were not on. The manager had to show me where they were since they did not know about the product.

Yesterday 4/13/23 at 6:15 p.m./6:30 p.m., I entered the store for the first time, my husband always buys shirts for him, he likes the models. And the truth is, the women's clothes are beautiful, I liked a dress that was on the mannequin, I asked 2 saleswomen (one dressed all in black) if they had my size, they didn't even bother me, pessimaaaaaaa. I can't understand what a person like that does, inside a business, if you don't even know how to greet a customer.
I am not a tourist (which this does not justify) I live near the business. A shame . I felt quite uncomfortable

I kept having to search for an employee when I needed assistance to try clothing on. Once my shopping was complete and I'd made my decision. I had to search for employees again to get checked out. It was a bit frustrating. I will say the store is beautiful inside and very clean and neat.

Had to do last minute shopping but they were closed at 07:10pm however working hours show they were supposed to stay open until 9pm. Don’t have nothing against the store but 1 star for the horrible inconvenience and wasting time. Update hours please.
