After coming to this property many times for over a year doing deliveries, I must say this property is well maintained and very clean. One feature I appreciate is the Butterfly system, wish more buildings used this. Plus all my interaction with any of the staff has been polite and helpful, especially the concierge Ashley she's awesome!

Lived in this building 2 years… perfect location, pool is beautiful and gets full sun. Omar from maintenance is great and responds to any requests typically the next day and goes above and beyond. Yes there have been hiccups along the way like any other apartment building, but the biggest, constant issue I have had is elevator access. The management team tries their best to resolve it, but I really think it’s beyond their control and has never been an easy or fast fix.I’ve seen many different management companies in the last two years and I will say it is the best it’s been.Also, the front desk— ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book. Every friend I’ve ever had visit enters my apartment complimenting how sweet the “girl at the front desk” is… aka Ashley!! How she’s always in a good mood, idk but she brightens my day more than she knows and is such an asset to Eve. Told her I wanted to take her to my new building and no I wasn’t joking, she’s that great.

Renewing at Eve was an easy decision. The place is consistently clean and the facilities are perfect for comfortable living. It feels like a real community here.Erika stands out for her effort and approachability. She’s on top of things, helping residents out in a way that’s genuine and straightforward. That kind of attitude extends to the rest of the staff too, including Ashley and the front desk team – always there with a ready hello and quick to assist.For those in search of an apartment that delivers on its promises with a team that’s got your back, Eve's just that.

Yesterday I went to visit this building looking for information about the apartments, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention of the front desk team, it was very good, I felt welcome at home immediately, excellent customer service.The people who work in the office also gave me phenomenal attention and clarified all my doubts with great attention, the location of the building is perfect, a very quiet community. I hope to live here soon

Stop dropping my reviews. Car broken into, issues with elevators, crazy prices. I left a review when I lived here and y'all think it's funny to drop them. Stop hiding the truth from people. This is not a safe place to live. Your elevators were passed due inspections 2 years when I lived there.

Erika went above and beyond to secure our apartment in a timely manner considering our need to move out by the end of the month. Her dedication and responsiveness were truly remarkable. She worked tirelessly to ensure our family had a place to call home. We’ve been at the building for about 2 weeks now and so far no complaints. There’s security in the garage, the building is quiet, the residences are very polite and we are so in love with the location. Highly recommended!

So far it's been a great experience with Eve At the District. Shout out to Sofia for all her help! She was quick, helpful and transparent. The building is in a super walkable area. There are a few kinks that some of the other reviews have called out ie elevators in and out of working / admittedly some car breakins (not great). But the management team seems to be working swiftly to address

Property is one of the better ones in Miami , We recently lived at Wynwood and there were issues there as well , crime is on the rise and unfortunately these idiots get away with it and we pay the price. Erika and & Ashley the concierge at the front desk are both sweet ladies and always very professional.Let’s hope that the property owners do the right thing and put in a better gate and eliminate access to the outside idiots.If anything Miami PD need to step up and do their jobs before someone gets seriously hurt and this escalates to bodily harm and not materialistic .The local news reporter should be outside the police station questioning the detectives that were out here earlier in the week , I know we have cameras in our garage I see them all the time . So what are the police doing ?Theresa

I’ve been here 3 years and it was good when old management was here. My car was broken into 4 months ago and nothing was done. Recently 14 cars were broken into. I have a two year old son and I’m so terrified for my saftey. Sucks because this truly was a good building. I’ve been pushed off by management and made felt uncomfortable numerous times. Hope it gets better but who knows

This building is far from perfect, but I am writing this review specifically for Erika the property manager. Recently, negative issues have had a sort of domino effect. I feel like we can all relate, thus the saying "When it rains, it pours", but I also want to take a moment to show some support and encourage management to keep doing everything they can to make this place better. It may take some time, hopefully not too long, but as long as we are moving forward towards a safer, cleaner, more beautiful home... We are moving in the right direction. So, thank you Erika and please continue making Eve at the District better!

Everything about this place is stunning. Amazingly Beautiful atmosphere well Maintained . Very modern Convenient location to the doggie park area and walking distance to all the nice restaurants and shops and even the target. Nice place to relax. I like all the the security guards and new gates coming I so I feel comfortable with all of the crime in miami. LoveMiami and will stay around as long as nice places like this take the measures to watch out for the property .All of the staff are so helpful and attentive. I appreciate all they do. Will definitely be staying here longer.

I've been living here for a week and I already regret it. Don't do it. It's a pretty building but disorganised and sloppily run. I've been dealing with missing packages that are somewhere in the building (including my WIFI ROUTER) and the leasing office still won't get back to me about where it is. So here I am, without WiFi, for multiple days which I need for work... I've had so many issues already and it's been *one week*. Yikes.

My partner and I recently moved into the Eve and had a great moving in experience. We would personally like to thank the leasing manager, Sofia Alberto for all her help throughout this process. Sofia was very responsive and attentive to all of our questions and provided a lot of support throughout the application process. HUGE thank you to the Eve staff (S/o to Sofia) we look forward to living here and taking advantage of all the great amenities.

My car has been broken into 4 times in my 5 years of living here. The security in the building is non existent. I have a 2 year old son, and don’t feel comfortable with my wife and son going to the garage by themselves. This area has become unsafe, and we’ve voiced our concerns to management on several occasions, and filed police reports. To make things worse a homeless man was sleeping the trunk of my jeep while I was traveling.

Im a resident here at Eve and I share the same safety concerns as some of my neighbors have expressed to our building’s management. We need the management team to be more proactive instead of reactive to prevent the similar issues we have seen in the past few days taking place in the future. I sent an email to the building’s management team asking for a long term solution to the problem and I am still waiting to hear back.
