Best pet grooming in Miami. I brought my first dog here for 14 years until she passed away and now my husband and I have been bringing our current dog here. JC is the best of the best. He treats our dogs like his own and I’m always amazed at how amazing he is at what he does. After many years, I’m still in awe at how good my dog smells when she leaves!!!

The owner Juan Carlos is rude and treats dogs terribly and I have even seen him treating his employees badly. I took my dog there and she was locked in a cage for hours and hours without food.

Amazing service, from the moment you walk in, you feel like family. They love all the pets and take tribe to get to know you and your family. Juan Carlos and Anita are wonderful.

I used to bring my dog here thinking it was normal for a groomer to take all day to groom your dog and treat you with a terrible attitude at the end of it, because sadly I did not know any better. All the reviews talking about the bad customer service are true. The staff is rude and the prices are arbitrary, starts low if you're new and then keeps increasing over time. The last time I brought in my poodle mix, I was charged over $100 for basic grooming and JC stated that it was because I hadn't brought him in in 6 months which was a complete lie. The woman at the front desk is also extremely rude. Yes, JC knows how to cut dog hair very well and it's the only reason I kept bringing my baby here, but keeping him from 8am to 7pm and the horrible customer service is reason enough for me to never go back to this place.

Amazing service and staff. I went in and was welcomed by Anita. She was super friendly. I left my puppy and was worried as it was my first time leaving my puppy. I was reassured that he was in good hands, alsp prices where up front. When I picked up my handsome boy he was so happy and excited. Highly recommend!

I took my dog with an urgent case of ear matting as I left it with relatives for 1 month. Juan Carlos and his team were very nice and caring with the dog and gave me an appointment right away for next day. The office looks clean and his teams really seems to care for their furry clients!

While the staff here were nice enough and they did a good job with the grooming, my experience was similar to reviewer Eddy B.'s and at least one other, where the dog was dropped off well before 9 a.m. and though we checked in with them during the day, he wasn't ready for pickup until 6:30 p.m. While I've never had to leave a dog at a groomers for that many hours before, I understand they were short staffed. That said, my main concern was for the comfort of my dog. After I'd paid and their staff brought him out (in a necktie this place outfitted him with), he didn't seem overly excited to see me as is normally the case when I pick him up from grooming, he seemed to be distracted and his concentration was on getting to the front door. Once I got him outside, I quickly found out why: He lifted his leg on the first object he could find, he must have peed for nearly 30 seconds straight and more urine came out of him than I've ever seen before. Shortly before we got to my vehicle, he lifted his leg on a tree and peed even more. I drove him to the dog park and let him off the leash, and he pooped 3 times within the first few minutes we were there. In other words, his bladder was bursting and he had to p*** badly. European Pet Grooming had him for nearly 10 hours, and it doesn't seem he was given the opportunity to go out to urinate or defecate in all that time. He was most likely extremely uncomfortable considering how much he had to do both as soon as we left this place. Again, this shop did a decent job with the grooming, but I'll never patronize them again if they expect to have the dog all day. If I drop him off before 9, he should be ready for pickup by noon. If they don't plan to have him groomed until after 6, then tell me not to bring him in until later afternoon. If you do need to keep him all day in a rare case due to circumstances, at least have your staff walk him at some point so he's not suffering with a full bladder.
