The store must honor the policy it initially provided. This entire issue was simply about exchanging a pair of pants for a different size. While the clothing is nice, the owner should delegate decision-making to someone more capable. I could say more about the owner, but I’ll keep it professional. To make matters worse, the employee—who refused to give his name—went so far as to point his finger in our wives’ faces. Completely unacceptable behavior.
