Beware of the promises that come from Erase. I hired this company to work with one of my clients. The Glassdoor reviews they said could be removed were only down for about a month and then popped right back up. After paying them thousands of dollars, we're right back where we started from. Now almost two months later, our account representative Tasha continues to be vague about how long and even if they can fulfill their services.

Erase is amazing. There’s no better feeling than cleaning up your online reputation. I’ve had a troubled past with multiple arrests and news articles written about me. It’s devastating to future employment, prospective relationships, and so much more. We’re all just one google away from the public knowing intimate details about our past. Erase not only goes to bat for you, but they win. You only pay if you win! The warmth and security I feel as a result of them fighting for me is priceless. Erase has helped solidify my new lease on life, and I’m so grateful for them.

I am very pleased with erase.com services. It’s an easier alternative than fighting in court untruthful statements left online regarding your practice by people out of spite or when you reserve the right to refuse taking on a client and then they retaliate. I really recommend erase.com as they worked for me while I could focus on making my clients happy in my profession. Thank you Tram!

Someone left me a nasty review from a fake account that said that the only reason I have success is from sleeping my way to the top. It was absolutely humiliating. I contacted Google NUMEROUS times begging them to take the review down. The review did not mention my business, nor did I know the person. The review was left simply to harass me. Every time Google would say that it didn't violate their policies even though it was the definition of a policy violation. If someone uses my service and is unhappy, that's one thing. It's an entirely other issue to personally attack a business owner. After months of fighting with Google I decided to call Erase. It was gone within a couple weeks. Being from a small town, having such a horrible thing said about myself worried me daily and I feared my family would see it. I'm so thankful for Erase and will use them again if something similar happens.

This company is great! At first I was hesitant about the process and if it actually worked, but to my surprise they got a negative review removed for me off my Google business page. I was extremely happy! And Andrea is great, she always followed up with me about the process and ensured me that everything is okay. And her customer service was outstanding. Very professional. I will definitely be using their services again!
