Its crowded at 5-6 and they could use a couple more machines like a fly machine. Everyones always using the double cables for flys which ties up two cables that would be free with one fly machine.Other than that, its always clean, friendly people. Some negative review said something about people on their phone, which I disagree with. They have signs up saying not to talk on your phone and then they also don’t try to catch people if they’re answering a quick call. It just feels very mature. Like they’re not trying to let every complaint dictate how they run the club.It definitely feels upscale. And I live here but I can imagine parking is tough. But I think it sorta comes with the area.

I absolutely love this gym. It isn't my primary gym for weight lifting (not the best variety of equipment) but everything else in the gym is excellent to say the least. The rooftop pool, classes, locker room and spa stand out the most.

I was connected to Charles S. to assist with my inquires of joining Equinox. Charles was professional, prompt, and patient with my (many) questions. He made the process feel seamless and was very flexible with my overnight work schedule. I never felt pressured and very much appreciated the recommendations for gym classes to try out. Thank you Charles, so far loving Equinox and getting a step closer to my fitness goals.

I’ve been a member since December and have had a positive experience. The gym is clean and staff are courteous. Busy during the typical AM and PM rush hours, but otherwise totally manageable to get access to the equipment you need.I’ve been doing personal training sessions w Taylor Faust and she is the best trainer I’ve ever had in the past 10 years.Taylor is incredibly kind and extremely professional. She is passionate about health and wellness and really works closely with you to understand and achieve your goals.Taylor has a background in dance and it has been incredibly new and helpful to see how she integrates it into our sessions. I feel more connected w my mind and body than I ever have.Training sessions are definitely an investment for my health and not cheap LOL. However, it is worth every penny to train w Taylor! I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are interested.

I visited this Equinox facility for the first time. I am a member at a different location in a different city. Sophia and Joel were at the reception area. They were super friendly and warm in receiving me as a guest. The facility is on 3 levels. Lighting is bright, space is clean including women's locker room, and the club is great! I look forward to coming to Miami in the future and including another visit to this gym. Next time I'll bring my swimwear and enjoy the outdoor pool.

Visited over the weekend using a free pass during open house - very nice gym with plenty of amenities. Beautiful rooftop pool that doesn't get a ton of sun in the afternoons. Staff were polite and friendly.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. I have an executive membership and float between Brickell Heights and the Brickell Four Seasons. Both locations are great. Brickell Heights (this location) specifically has the best steam room by leaps and bounds that I have ever used. The staff is courteous and professional. The gym members are also nice and will share equipment if you ask politely. So, for anyone wondering, if you employ the skill of "speaking" rather than just saying "they talk on phones or take selfies and hog machines," then you will find your time greatly enhanced. As it is in all aspects of life, polite communication will take you far.Kudos to the staff, location, and gym members for making this a world-class location.

You pay hundreds for your monthly membership but they give you disgusting stinky gray towels….cleanliness is also questionable, but they do pretend they do clean. Other Miami locations are much better in this sense. On the other, many amazing classes and talented instructors. I never worked out on the floor because of disrespectful people taking up the machines, taking selfies and texting. Again, coral gables and 4seasons locations are better.

The bathrooms are rarely clean and up to the standard of other Equinox gyms in Florida. Yes, I've visited others. Things tend to break here and literally take months to get repaired, if ever. It's clear that management does not understand what high end clientele expect, especially with the yearly price raises to your membership- yes it goes up every year regardless, and the justification is to give employees raises and fix things around the gym or provide new equipment . Suffice to say, new equipment equaled simply rearranging the gym and moving equipment to different places, but still- the same equipment. Lastly, they advertise Pilates- BUT it's not actually part of the membership, so don't. Sign up if that's your expectation. This used to be a good gym and it was much better than the LA FITNESS across the street as most people are here to workout and not take selfies, but it's gotten pretty trashy lately so it may be time to revisit the other gym. To be crystal clear- the employees that don't make management decisions are nice. And they are aware of the issues, but obviously it's not their job to make these fixes and keep these promises- that's why the manager makes more money than them. So my advice- give them real raises out of the managers salary and watch the gym level up.

This Equinox gym falls very short of expectations. It's unfortunate that there aren't more options in the area, and while this is considered the nicest one, it is poorly managed - especially given the price. The attitude of the staff is terrible and was apparent the first day I went to check it out to possibly become a member - they were refusing to let me try the gym for a day before committing to a membership which was odd. The women's locker room, sauna, steam room, and showers are nice but the gym itself is just average. There is no parking for cars (you can valet next door) nor is there parking area for scooters/bikes anywhere nearby. The Equinox staff will CUT THE LOCK and take it, which is showing complete disregard for personal property. When you inquire with them about your scooter missing you are met with a clueless unapologetic response. It's puzzling for a downtown location not to have adequate scooter/bike parking considering that SO many people that live in the immediate area use some other rolling form of transportation. My sole interaction with the management was with Nikki who reflected a concerning lack of morale and competence which wasn't a surprise. So... unfortunately Im still a member but wish something else would open!

Do not waste your time and money coming to this gym it's overcrowded and unprofessional. You have a problem and you report it Noone cares. Oh lets not even mention their booking is so unorganized and pointless. You're better off going to a regular commercial gym tbh.

I recently made a review about how horrible of a gym Equinox is. They wrote back to my review and said to write to them and they didn't even answer m.

Was visiting Miami from NY and took an athletic conditioning class here one morning with Darryl - it was great! The facilities are nice and clean and there's a heated outdoor pool on the top floor, which was nice. Cons were there was no swimsuit dryer (like the Hudson yards location in NY) and the mat area to stretch was really tiny and packed the entire time. I hear this place is newer than the Brickell location in the Four Seasons. Overall it was a good spot to work out!

I prefer this location a million times over the one at Four Seasons with their bland, pretentious, and rude front desk employees that act and think they're better than you for some reason and judge you based on your looks. They have all the amenities you would expect at a minimum for the monthly membership price you have to pay and have some of the best views to enjoy, relax, and improve your mental health while taking a couple laps at their rooftop pool, sipping on water, listening to some music through your AirPods, and reading a book after taking an intense group fitness class for 55 minutes. (Four Seasons acts as if access to a pool were an additional "luxury" you had to pay more for...lol absolutely ridiculous at this point). The instructors stemming all the way from high intensity workouts to the more low key versions of yoga are absolutely wonderful, kind, and professional. They seem like they really enjoy their jobs and what they do overall and that kind of vibe is contagious in a positive way. The ONLY thing I criticize and hopefully I can petition for change is the parking policy where they "validate" but you still have to pay $3 for parking every time you visit the gym. For those of us that live in Downtown Miami but nowhere near enough to walk or bike (and have to drive), that daily payment on top of the already pricy membership really adds up. I really hope they can reconsider their partnership with them to find a way to ensure us members don't have to pay for parking at all, especially since the other Equinox gyms in Miami validate parking entirely (at the Coral Gables, Four Seasons hotel, Miami Beach locations).
