I have been a customer of Enzo for many years and I have always been impressed with their options, service and pricing. Their Miami office is just as welcoming and efficient as their New York office. I recently ordered a very bespoke item from them and Daniela made the process a breeze by providing helpful guidance and suggestions as to what should be included. The finished result arrived quickly and I am very happy with the purchase.

My suit was perfect, George did a great job with the measurements and explaining the custom options when we first met. I'll be using Enzo again for my next suit and possiblycustom shirts.

Extremely disappointing experience. Enzo was recommended to me by a friend. The first appointment was in April and I received the “final” product in August. Total lack of quality and precision in initial measurements and the alteration process was even worse. Not only did I arrive for my 3rd appointment to find out my suit wasn’t there. When they shipped it directly to me, I tried on the suit to find out the alterations were never even done. A few weeks later of headache, going out of my way to get my custom suit back in time for an important deadline, I go to my 4th visit to the showroom and the suit is still far off from being “custom.” The only thing they offered was repayment for me to go find a tailor to complete the work that the Enzo team was incapable of doing - 7 days left before my deadline. They couldn’t even have my suit steamed - it was wrinkly from traveling in a box from Miami to NYC 3 times. The most laughable part is I had a better experience and suit at Indochino 1 block over for less than half the price. Leaving 2 stars because the customer support staff and George were at least responsive. Biggest red flag - the owner was in the store as I walked in for the 4th appointment - He had a chance to address me and the issue, but was either never made aware of my poor experience or chose in that moment to leave without as little as an apology. Either option reflects poorly.
