This place is terrible. I ordered, on line, a Chevy Tahoe. I didn't get that. Then they offered me a Ford Expedition. I said yes. When I got there they had given that vehicle to another customer. They had me waiting over 1 hour for another vehicle. I will say that the staff was very nice.

My recent experience with Enterprise rental car company was nothing short of a nightmare. I had reserved a car in advance, only to arrive and find out that they didn’t have it available. Not only did this waste my entire work day, but to add insult to injury, the car they eventually provided was filthy.Thinking it was just a one-time mishap, I decided to give them another chance and made a second reservation over the phone. Despite their assurances that the car would be ready and waiting for me, once again, I was met with disappointment upon arrival. They didn’t have the car I reserved, leaving me stranded once more.The sheer incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by Enterprise is appalling. Their failure to fulfill reservations and provide basic cleanliness standards is inexcusable. I will never trust Enterprise again and strongly advise others to steer clear unless they want to waste their time and patience.

Perrine Cutler Ridge Location. I have dealt with several locations but this is one that I am sticking to. Very friendly employee's. Have not had any issue with any vehicles that I have rented at this location unlike at several others.

The service personnel @ W. Perrine was very helpful and courteous, especially Tiedro Desinor. The vehicle was in great condition and had no issues throughout our trip. Will definitely be returning, very soon! Thanks.

Honestly if it were not for the nice staff that works here I would give one star. What is the point of renting a car and reserving it if the car you do reserve is never the car that you get??? I do not mean the model. I mean the amount of people that sit in the car. We rented a large 7 seater car. We actually had reserved an SUV. we were excited to have it since we really wanted the space in order to travel comfortably with our party. Unfortunately when we got there my husband was told that they did not have this car. He was told you had to rent in different enterprises and pray that the one you rented it had that car. He then asked if they at least had a van. They also said no. We ended up getting a very small suv in which we had to squeeze in. It was pretty ridiculous. I just don't understand the point of reserving the car getting there and then just getting whatever. If they didn't have that small suv we probably would have gotten nothing. My husband was there waiting for four hours. I'm going to try out different rental companies and see if we have better luck. The customer service was great though and everyone was nice.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!Worst customer service, the “manager” Fred Sosa should learn how to service customers. He doesn't want to talk to customers, tells the other employees to say no to your request and literally don't care for customer who got charged more money because they did their job incorrectly. Even after they did not did what they were supposed to and charge more incorrectly don't help you to solve the issue. Their simple answer is that they cannot help because the system shows something else.

This is in reference to a "confirmed" reservation I had at an Enterprise at West Perrine location 17750 South Dixie Hwy Cutler Ridge FL. 33152 for October 16th 2023. On October 16th I arrived to pick up my confirmed rental car. Upon my arrival the only car that was available was a FILTHY DIRTY mini van. The vehicle was not washed and interior was disgustingly dirty. The interior was beyond dirty it looked like a dumpster. There was dirt, tissues, napkins, fast food bags and to go cups all over the place and the vehicle reeked in the smell of marijuana. I refused to take that rental. I was informed that another vehicle would be available in about 3 hours so i waited because I was not going to drive that disgusting vehicle, I was told that a Nissan Rogue would be available in a few hours so I returned around 4pm. I was given a Toyota Rav 4 that was again not washed or cleaned outside and inside. There where crumbs, ashes, burn holes in seat, and stains on all of the seats and the car smelled horrible. I asked again for a replacement and there was nothing. I called everyday and nothing. I don't even understand why these FILTHY DISGUSTING cars are even in circulation to rent. I had to put towels down on seats and spay air freshener just to make my self feel less disgusted with the filth. When I finally returned the vehicle I was forced to drive, I expressed my disappointment to the representative Hector. He didn't really have any empathy nor did any of the other representatives that I spoke to on a daily basis trying to switch out rental for a cleaner one. This is not my first bad experience with enterprise however it will definitely be my last. I read some Yelp reviews and same complaints about the filthy cars and lack of customer service.

First time visiting this place and I had a bad experience, my daughter was supposed to pick up a rented car at 11:30am and there was none available, we waited more than 3 hours for them to give us one. The car rental service is not good.

It's mind-boggling that a rental service could accept reservations and then not have cars when customers arrive.I arrived at 2:30, anticipating my car to be ready by 3:00 pm. The manager, Hector, completely ignored my concerns and handed me off to another employee who pretended to be helpful. However, my ordeal continued. I had to wait an excruciating 2 hours before finally getting a car, which was not even the one I had originally reserved.To make matters worse, the car I received was in an appalling state – it reeked of a repugnant mix of cigars and weed, and it was filthy. They hadn't bothered to clean or even wash it. When I expressed my frustration to the person who handed me the keys, Khalal, he simply brushed me off and responded with sarcasm. To top it all off, the car was given to me with almost no gas.This place is the epitome of unprofessionalism, and I have no intention of ever returning. Save yourself the headache and frustration by choosing a more reliable and customer-friendly rental service.

We returned our rental this afternoon. We were taken care of straight away. Two very nice gentleman helped us Hector and trainee Tuedro T for short. I explained to Hector about the problem with renting the car less then 2 weeks before. I explained that Lilly was terribly RUDE and was unhelpful with the reservation made just the night before. We spoke with a gentleman that gave his name as Fernando at 5:00pm. She stated that there was NO reservation on file and she had NO cars. She also stated when asked to call another location “ If I Don’t Have Anything No One Else Does Either “!!! 2 1/2 hrs later she went on break and another very helpful employee stated they had a car in the back. I was able to finally be on my way. To note there were a group of young ladies outside of the location in the walkway smoking pot, renting a van. They were high and were able to get a rental. Upon being told this info Hector apologized and took note. Both Hector and T made returning this vehicle much better then renting it. We have been Enterprise Rental customers since the early 90’s, even purchasing a van from them. I hope when we need to rent from this location again that we are treated as Hector and T treated us!!!

THE SALES STAFF ARE GREAT AND ATTENTIVE!! Beyond their control is the recent policies or lack of employees to provide efficient service and well maintained cars. The three most recent rentals in the last three months have been exceedingly slow to check out. First, after checking in and providing them the license and insurance you have to wait for the car to be cleaned and then they finalize another check in on the iPad. Last two times have taken over 45 minutes from the time that I get called to the counter to the time that I leave. Also, even though they claim that they are cleaning the car and getting it ready, the cars have been dirty and even with the most recent having slashes in the arm rest and holes in the floor board carpet. They should at least place a cheap floor mat to cover up the unimpressive. Not complaining, just providing feedback to allow for correction of flaws that may end in many lost customers.
