The first rental I got had no seatbelts in the back seats. When they switched that rental with another, the other car they gave me had tire issues. Then, when the time for closing out the contract came, some delusional and useless employee named Minusha, continuously called me about some tax charge of $450 that I had to pay. When I asked another employee about it, they had no idea what I was talking about, and no one could help me. It was very frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend going to this enterprise location.

There was a problematic customer most likely under the influence and the representative dealt with it beautifully. I am thankful said customer didn’t have access to a 3500 lb death machine. Kudos to you for your patience, for recognizing the problem and denying him the rental!

I have been renting from this enterprise location for almost four years now because my experience with their staff is excellent every time. Bryce makes exceptional efforts to provide the utmost customer service. He is not only respectfully responsive with your requests or concerns but also accommodating and supportive. His team is wonderful and personable as well. Eric who currently transferred to a different location was also on point and always approached my reservations with care. The cars are always thoroughly clean and I have yet to receive a vehicle with any issues providing me a sense of safety and security. I usually rent from them once a month, and experienced only the best one can hope for when dealing with a rental company. I highly recommend renting from this location, you will not be disappointed!

I had experience the worst service from the supervisor of this establishment. I had a reservation through the insurance of a person who crashed my vehicle. When they called me from this establishment they told me that my vehicle was ready and I told them that I could come before 5:50 pm, then I managed to organize my time to be able to go before and I spoke again with a representative of this place and she told me that Of course I could go. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes for the supervisor to clear out with another customer and then she told me that he still didn't have my vehicle ready. She asked me to leave and come back later or go to another Enterprise. This supervisor has no idea what customer service is and I don't understand how an Enterprise rental car is managed by just two people who don't even know what vehicles they have available. I do not recommend this rental car to anyone. I have to use it because it was the one that assigned me the insurance company. How sad to see that a business like this operates in a city like Aventura, FL where all the business owners are very polite and respectful people. Not like the employees of this establishment.

Worst experience I have ever had. I did a reservation to come into facility they said they have no cars available. Employees do not have respect to customers. Never ever again I will call for car rental to this place.

After reviewing several negative reviews I was very hesitant of using this Enterprise location’s services. However after personally going and checking in, I was greeted by the courteous staff, who was very patient, mindful, and friendly when it came to assisting us with our rental. It was a pleasant experience.Very good experience in this office at 19002 west Dixie Hwy, I called to confirm our rental and Brice treated us excellently, then we arrived to pick up the car and the girl who assisted us was very patient, she was very kind and helped us in the process, I arrived to deliver and it was super fast, the girl called me to confirm the delivery, in general everything was excellent, thank you all for your good work

I had a reservation at Enterprise in Aventura, but upon arrival, I was informed of an additional fee due to my age. Despite attempting to resolve the issue, I was refused service by the manager, who also hung up on my aunt when she called to inquire. This led to over an hour of frustration, cancellation of plans, and the need to find alternative transportation.Furthermore, this event not only inconvenienced me but also affected a community counting on me to deliver a class that I have conducted for over 2.5 years. The employee's behavior was not only unprofessional but also extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I would like this matter to be addressed, as it was deemed unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was Waiting here 20+ minutes to be picked up gave the right address and your guy went to another place ! So not just 20 + minutes late also in the wrong place ! After he called me and I was trying to explain to him he is in the wrong place , the phone was disconnected and when I tried calling him back he did not pick up the phone , Chuck from the car shop called him from his phone and then he answered.Now it’s even worse Brice the supervisor of your location in aventura refuse to give me a car because I was upset about the late time and the Wrong address ! This guy needs to be fired .A customer was standing there after asking him to give me the car and he told the customer no, she is not getting a car here because I complained. This office is a disgrace to your company!I had to walk for few minutes till I reached an Israeli restaurant that helped me and gave me water because he saw how bad I was mentally ( I am from israel and as you know we went through hell lately and still are ( even this fact that I told him did not made him be more human . I ordered a Lyft waited in the sun and it cost me around $15 to reach another enterprise office in collins .I want to add that in this location the manager was extremely nice and helpful and she gave me the car in seconds .This guy should be fired ! He should know how to treat people if and when they complain.Left a message to your headquarters and waiting for your headquarters to call me back .

Terrible service, Geico deals directly with Enterprise when there is a claim and you'd expect the customer service to reflect the sense of helplessness one feels after an accident, I needed a confirmation that the eligible car type would be available for the amount geico is covering, instead I got told see you at 5:30 and ignored. Had I arrived I guarantee there would have been an "is what it is" type of attitude if they did not have the car type available. Manus transferred me and then John hung up on me. You'd expect way more from a location in Aventura, please advise to you both if you don't like your job don't take it out on others that are coming to you for service.

Excellent customer service. The staff is amazing and deserves recognition for their service and conflict resolution displayed this past weekend. I caught a flat tire while returning from my trip and they responded very swiftly and professionally. They took great care of me and my family. Looking forward to next rental. NO BRAINER!!!

A truly rude employee who claimed he overheard me complain on the phone to a friend of mine about waiting for my car. Then this rude employee refused to rent me the car I reserved. Truly a horrible place with a particularly horrible employee. Stay away from this place at all costs. Just remembered employees name is Brice and if you scroll other reviews you will see him actually threatening a customer. This guy is cruel, arrogant, nasty and the worst customer service person I have ever encountered. He is a disgrace and he caused me and my son incalculable damage

Horrible horrible service. My insurance paid for my rental car and they charged my card an extra 160$ on my credit card saying it is “tolls”. This place is a complete scam. Disputing it on my credit card. Stay far away from this place. Lady was extremely rude on the phone as well and hung up on me. Don’t go here.
