Everyone at this Enterprise office was very professional, accommodating & helpful. It was nice feeling that they were there to help you anyway they could. I definitely would recommend them & go to this location again.

This is simply a poorly run location. Every customer was upset. They were 2.5 hours late with my rental during a work day. If you have a choice, use another location or company.

So i went to this location to rent a truck because i had to do a one way rental , i did my reservation and i went to the front desk to get register in , everything was fine until that point , i waited around 2-3 hours until they found a truck for me , even thoe my reservation was at 8am , after that i did all my paper work fine , once they asked for my payment they told me that the whole payment needs to be done on a credit card ( something none of the people that helped me mentioned it ) , so i asked the manager if i could pass the reservation to the person who was traveling with me and they left me on hold for over 45 minutes and hanged up on me , finding out that they dint want to help me because the truck was rented all ready , there is no professionalism in this location what so ever or they care about customers , i highly encourage any one not to come here.

I was Traveling with my mom from Orlando. I'm always impressed with Enterprise especially, this time was such a wonderful experience! I have to give a special thank you to Christian. Not only is he very professional he is warm and friendly! He took good care of me and my mom and made sure that our trip was not delayed. We were in and out in minutes! Thank you so much Christian! Enterprise has a MVP on their hands.?♥?????

Service was excellent. There was little wait, they had a couple options ready for me as soon as I arrived, most of my information had already been populated and I was in and out. The return was also seamless.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We went in today to make a reservation and when we walked in not one staff member acknowledged our presence so we sat and waited for “our turn”. After 15 minutes I asked one of the employees what kind of system they were using to know who was next since they weren’t even bothering to greet anybody that walked in. His reply was, we see you and when we get a chance we will get to you as he answered the phone while speaking to me. I then said but I think it’s rude that your not even greeting your customers and he said we’re busy can’t you tell? I said and you can’t multitask and greet a customer? He then replied I’m multitasking now by talking to you and answering the phone and furthermore if you don’t like it there’s 20 other car rentals out there that you can go to! At which time we said you’re absolutely right and walked out. I will be reaching out to your headquarters in writing about this because you SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF YOU EMPLY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPORTING YOUR BUSINESS WITH THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

This review is for the Bird Road and 77 Ave (Coral Terrace) location. Great group of people. Willing to go that extra mile for the customer. They have always tried to accommodate me. Cars are in good shape and clean.

Similar stories as others. Had a confirmed reservation and was forced to pay out of pocket for a vehicle because they did not have one available from my reservation but I could only get a minivan, then they tried to put me in one with no gas! Canceled and went to another enterprise that was much more helpful. Horrible customer service, I asked for assistance finding another car and they told me I could do that on my own. They have a sign on the wall saying "we want you to be completely satisfied" and that's just not true. Don't go here, the one on 98th Ave and us1 is much better.
