I had to obtain a car last minute and everyone in the store was super helpful and friendly. specially Stacy who help me obtain the car and Solange who helped me return the car with zero issues.

The vehicles was terribly dirty. We actually set off a "bomb" to kill the fleas as the prior renters clearly had dogs. We wiped down the dash and other plastic areas and removed more grime than imaginable and vacuumed the seats and floors as best we could but with little success. I returned to the pickup location shortly after receiving the vehicle and was told I would have to leave the vehicle for 8 hours to assure they could clean it properly, with no offer for a replacement as all other similar vehicles were reserved. When I returned and explained once again the situation, I was told that I decided to not have the vehicle cleaned when offered. This experience was the most indifferent, ridiculous illustration of customer service imaginable! Miami is known for poor quality service in general but Enterprise gets the trophy for the most disrespectful and indifferent, thug staff I have come across in the 28 years living here.

They are the worst rent-a-car in all of Miami, the employees do not know how to serve customers with bad faces and no desire to work. I made a reservation for a car and they gave it to me with low oil and according to them the car was in good condition. The next day they made me lose the day to be able to fix the car without returning the money for that day's rental. I lost a day of my car rental so I could do their job, which is making sure their cars are ready for customers. Disappointed in this place and its workers. The girl who works here has very bad attention and in a bad manner, she should not work there.

I rented a car with the insurance for an accident, and the insurance covers everything, how is it possible that they charge my card without asking my authorization, due to a mistake on their part, and when you call to complain, they talk to you with a bad attitude and hang up on you phone, the customer service is Bad and they have a girl there who treats you with a bad attitude, it is not advisable to rent a car here

Once you located it, at the airport in Miami. It was easy and fast picking up a vehicle and very easy dropping it off a week later.

Terrible service! Cancelled car reservation without even informing me. Left stranded and “manager” not helpful. You’re better off renting from the airport where they may at least have some decency and customer service.

there could not be a worse facility to rent a car. first of all it was run down. secondly, we made a reservation months ago and called to have the drop off location changed. the woman on the phone said we could do it when we got there and add our new city. when we arrived after a 14 hour travel day, they told us it would be another 250 to change location, as they don't do that, this was never disclosed to us and it took two different representatives to find us a solution. both met us with hostility, no smiles or apologies for the clear lack of communication on the part of the lazy lady on the phone who mislead us. thirdly, the only other customer in there when we were was upset and she was lied to about car availability. overall gross facility and awful staff.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, 2 weeks ago I rented a pick up truck and when I arrived at the location I was simply told that they didn’t have it available. I asked if they could call another location and he said that he couldn’t because they hang up on him. I called several locations myself and found one by the airport where they had outstanding service.I decided to give them another try last Wednesday, they have plenty personnel walking around joking with each other but not a care in the world about their clients. Sadi Barnabe was “helping” me, it took over 15 minutes just to check if a truck was available. Upon check in she demanded a copy of a utility bill which I was never ever asked for in the past even though I used enterprise many times. In the mean time my wife called me and on the phone in a private conversation I told my wife that they were effing difficult at which point Sadi told me that she would not rent to me. I explained to her that I was in the process of getting a utility bill and that on a private phone conversation I can say certain things, I did not say them to her. She was arrogant and clearly enjoying her power trip, I then walked away and rented at Easirent by the airport which always is a great experience just a little further from my home. Ms. Barnabee made this the second bad experience in a 2 week timespan, needless to say that this was the last time renting at this location.

As my first experience with Enterprise, I am amazed, customer service was incredible, very polite and friendly. They called me days before to confirm my reservation, at the time of pick up the vehicle was ready, (clean and fresh). Enterprise just made my experience unbelievable, very professional.

This place is an absolute joke. I booked a compact car about a month before my vacation. I get there and I'm told they don't have anything for me. First, they tried to get me in a mini van which I was opposed to. Then, the young guy tried getting me in an economy car, which I finally agreed to even though it was way too small for my 6'5 boyfriend. Well, the guy couldn't get it to start anyway. Someone else dropped off a compact car during the hour I was waiting and he offered it to me. I agreed only to find out there was a recall on it. Again, he offered the mini van and again I refused. I was then offered a Ford Edge which I was adamant against because 1. It was too big for a crowded city and 2. It's a really bad gas guzzler. I was assured that if I just took it so I "didn't have to wait around all day," I could exchange it at the end of the day when they should have more. Well, I drove a total of 40 miles that day before exchanging it. I got the invoice when I returned the exchanged vehicle a week later, with a full tank of gas, and they charged me a refueling change of almost $30 for the 40 miles I drove on the first vehicle I had for only 4 hours, with 3 of those hours being parked. I've now fought with Enterprise for a week to get that refueling charge refunded, because it's honestly so bogus. I just keep getting the run around on waiting on management to call me. Please, read the reviews and go elsewhere.

I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car. Especially if you need to return on a Sunday. The service was quick and smooth. I believe the gentleman who attended us, was Rupert. There were multiple compact cars for me to choose from. I went with the Corolla (great on gas btw, only had to refill it twice!). After I left the location, I realized there was pet hair in the back seat so I immediately called back. Rupert apologized and told me I could return to the location to have it cleaned out or swapped out for any vehicle of my choice. He also gave me a 15% discount for the inconvenience. The rates are affordable, you can even add an additional driver for I believe $15/day. Rupert was very professional and understanding. He didn't give us a hard time. I was able to have peace of mind on my trip and everything worked out great! I'm not sure if Rupert is already a manager but if he isn't, he definitely deserves a higher pay! He seemed to be the one running the location and was the most knowledgeable one there. He's very understanding and not argumentative at all. He really goes above and beyond to make up for any possible inconvenience you may experience. This location has good customer service and reliable vehicles. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future!
