Probably the best enterprise I've been to. All 3 employees were speedy, quick, and did not waste time. In and out. How it should be.

My experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was good. Carman, the assistant branch manager, worked efficiently. There were two people ahead of me in line when I arrived, and someone called to ask about something they left behind in a rental car, and Carman was the only one there, but she multi-tasked well and it was promptly my turn. When I went out to collect the car, Francis was really friendly and helpful. I just got my driver license this week and it was the first time I drive independently. Francis answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I used the car and returned it, and got a call from them to let me know everything is ok and I will get all my deposit back.

Apparently there was only one employee working and her name was Carmen, She seemed like she didn't wanna be bothered to help anybody. She was just chewing gum texting messages to her friends and then was on her phone talking with her friend because she was calling them honey and baby! This used to be a great location now. It is just horrible. I would never recommend anybody come here!Make sure to ask for Carmen if you want nothing to be done at all!

To be honest, I was afraid to rent here because I had read reviews of the place before. However, that was not the case for me. I can say that in the place they treated me with great respect, speed and kindness. The guy who helped me is called Francis, it didn't take more than 10 minutes to deliver the car to me, so I would rent here again and highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for the attention received.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wanted to do this review to offset all the negative reviews. I rented a vehicle in FLL instead of taking an Uber I decided to drop off at this location because it was close to my hotel. Let me first say they are busier than many airport locations. In many reviews it talks about customer service. I want to personally say I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door both times. The second time I walked in the office to grab a card there must have been over 8 people waiting and the young lady took her time again to say hello. My return guy was FRANTZY FELIX, super amazing. I highly recommend this spot.

We were met by a young guy (cool guy, I don’t remember his name). We rented a Mustang convertible on Monday for 1 day. Everything was fine, we got this car 15 minutes earlier. This was my first experience in Enterprise and I loved it.

DO NOT BOOK A CAR HERE! Wish I could give zero stars. Over 15 people were stranded in their office for over six hours because they didn't have enough cars for all the reservations they booked. They couldn't even provide us with an estimate of when - or if - any of us would get a car. Then they just closed the office for the day. Apparently this is a common occurrence ! Employees were so apathetic and unhelpful and really cruel to all the stranded families. They had no solutions or ideas. If you read the reviews of this branch they all say the same thing - rude staff, no cars, stranded customers, and no recourse. Even if you leave a public review they won't respond to you. It's so crazy enterprise allows them to keep doing this to people!

I want to describe an awful episode I had this week at the US-1 store of Enterprise in Miami. The following is a letter I sent to Customer Service. I am writing to voice a concern regarding the rental car agreement in the subject line, from the 3621 SOUTH DIXIE HWY store in Miami. Last Friday, December 22nd, I called the store to extend the weekend rental period, and due to the coincidence, that day was also my birthday. I was overdue in the rental for two days, since I had to return the vehicle the previous Wednesday, meaning I owed $123.54 for the two days up to Friday. I was conscious that any amount due is deducted from the security deposit of $300 that is kept in the rental account. So I intended to pay the amount due and pay in advance for the next two days. I have been renting from that specific Enterprise store for the last 3 to 4 months, always for 28 days because I suffered a crash with my car and is still under repair, so I am a known customer of the staff. My surprise was that the customer service associate at the store on Friday told me that I had to pay a full deposit of $300 plus the rental days I wanted or return the car immediately. His name is Jeffrey Thompson, usually, he doesn't engage in small talk with me, very straightforward to the point, but on the phone that Friday he didn't admit that I still had $177 remaining as a deposit, so to replenish that deposit I needed to pay only $123, plus another $123 to keep the vehicle for two more days. I tried to reason with him, but he started yelling at me and threatening to report me to the Risk Department if I didn't return it immediately. I asked to speak with the manager, Nicholas, but Jeff told me he was not there for the rest of the day and I had to deal with him, and when I finally asked him "What credit do I have for returning the car that same day"? he told me NOTHING, yelling, hostile and disrespectful. And I knew that was not true because there was $177 still in my favor from the security deposit. Simple math. At some point, I thought he forgot he was dealing with a good customer, who had been renting from that store for the last 3 months and more than 25 days at the time, and he forgot the fundamental respectful behavior when speaking to someone else in any circumstance. I want management to be aware that it was not a misunderstanding, this was deliberate conduct meant to mistreat a customer, with no regard for the respect he should display as a basic way to work with customers aggravated by the fact that he was not telling the truth. That episode was really strange and at the end, I felt some sort of humiliated. I decided to wait until the Manager could be on site to return the car and pay any balance due, but I don't want to be alone with this person, Mr. Thompson, because I have reasons to believe he is dishonest and is not qualified to deal with customers on any capacity. I can speak with any person from customer service to clarify this incident, feel free to call me at your convenience. Francisco Martinez.

The Enterprise office at the Doubletree Hotel in Miami has the best and more attentive staff. Highly recommended

This review is tough for me because the general customer service of the staff was very good but the experience was awful and incredibly frustrating. I rented this car for business and had a specific timeframe in which to travel. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode when Jerry RESERVED a car and had to explain to the staff the POINT of a RESERVATION. For me this is simple. If I RESERVE a car, I expect the car to actually be there for me when I arrive at the SPECIFIED TIME. I do not expect to wait until a car rolls in an hour or more. There are plenty of car rental places around so I suggest to this Enterprise Rental location that they make sure they have a couple back up cars to offer people if something goes wrong. It is completely unacceptable for me to wait for a car that was "reserved" for me weeks in advance.

If I could rate 0 stars that would be the case. It's amazing how all the reviews tell the same story. No cars, rude, staff, terrible ASSISTANT Manager. I got into an accident. Went right to my Enterprise app to make the reservation as I am waiting for my car to be towed. Made the reservation for 6pm. Tow truck on its way. At 5:40 I call the office to kindly let them know I am coming, and the associate on the phone said we close at 6 and have no cars. She spoke like she didn't care, and I have to come back tomorrow. I asked for her name, and I thought she said Satan. Being extremely frustrated already with the accident and on top of the Macarthur Bridge I asked her to repeat her name, and again I thought she said Satan, and I thought I was being mocked. I said some bad words but more so at the situation. Needless to say, I show up at 5:54 and see "Saten" she said her name is Payton. I immediately apologized but then she points at me to the manager Carmen and says this is the one. Carmen goes on a huge power trip. Basically, she says there are no cars and cannot explain to me why I was able to book a car. So rather her call someone to help she continues to try and educate me, but she needs the one to be educated, and especially being in management some empathy training. She then childishly turned off all the lights to the office and called the DoubleTree security to escort me out. I told her to call enterprise not DoubleTree. As the security guard came, she started speaking another language to him right in front of me, and I asked if she could speak English so I can understand since I am involved. I called corporate to cancel my reservation, and they even offered compensation for me to continue to do business with Enterprise that I refused.

I should’ve read the reviews before booking. Same thing happened as so many other people — showed up and the car wasn’t there, wasn’t ready, took over an hour and a half after our reservation time to get the car.Staff didn’t seem to care much and didn’t communicate well how long it’d take to get the car ready. They kept saying “it’s almost ready,” “it’s just being cleaned,” “it’s getting filled up with gas.”Just go somewhere else.
