I’m very disappointed with Emilio Robba’s customer service. They are very resistant to taking responsibility for problems that arise. I would avoid the Miami store.

Ive been ordering from Emilio Robba several flowers arrangementbefore.But recently I ordered 2 arrangement for my entrance inside of my house.They again created a very unique and beautiful arrangement. If anyone wanted to have beautiful and special design of artificial flowers their home, Emilio Robba the best place to go. I highly recommend them because they are doing the best job. They provide very good and professional service. I worked with Yamk. She helped me to create a perfect arrangement to fit in my existing planters. She was so helpful on every step of my project.Thank you so much Emilio Robba for doing a good job!!!!!

Walked past one evening en route to our restaurant and saw gifts in the window for Christmas. Called to purchase over the phone to ship to DC but was back in MIA and happily picked up. Beautiful store...did not realize it wasn't fresh florals but beautiful artificial arrangements.
