My car was hit very badly in the front and I researched and found Elite Collision Specialist for auto body repair. I am thoroughly satisfied with their repair of my car!! They were very patient while I worked through insurance and even vacuumed and cleaned my car for me after repairing the front. Although their website claims "Full insurance support" and that they "accept all insurance claims" after a week of waiting for Elite to be able to even take a look at at my vehicle for an estimate, we came in when asked, by appointment and when we arrived were told we needed to wait over an hour or two for anyone to help us. We were then told we can park the vehicle and someone would call us when they were ready. I left and headed to work to receive 3 calls from 3 different people all with conflicting request and ultimately the manager Jay telling me he's never heard of my car insurance and they are only accepting GEICO. I happily told him no worries! After the ridiculous run around, my husband quickly picked up my vehicle, drove it next door and gave the 8K business to another body shop that had zero issue with my insurance:) what a waste of time! Additionally Jay the manager was incredibly rude.

Best shop hands down in Miami. I had prior work done at a different shop and it caused some problems with the repair here. The owner Felipe is super helpful and went above and beyond to help fix bad work from another shop. This is my second time coming to this location and they provide great service each time. Ask for Chris or Oscar both are great service managers.

The customer service I received from Ana, Felipe and the rest of the staff was above and beyond! They are courteous, professional and friendly. The fact that their lobby was shiny and spotless to me, showed they take pride in their business. Most importantly was my car! It looks and feels like it did when I drove it off the dealer’s lot. This was the best auto shop experience I have ever experienced! From the moment I drove into Elite, I was greeted by a team who had the rental car ready, paperwork from my insurance prepared and Felipe was ready to examine the car. The team was able to turn my repair around in 1 day. This was the best customer service I have received since moving to Miami, I wish they ran the management at my apartment building! Unfortunately I recently had pretty extensive damage to my car door, and I was referred to Elite for repairs. It's always stressful to have to go through the whole process, but I must say, the staff at Elite made it as painless as possible, to an extent that was truly amazing. Actually, it was one of the best customer service experiences I have every had - anywhere. Everyone was professional, courteous, efficient and so helpful. Also, their work on my car was absolutely 'top shelf'. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family if they ever need it due to this fantastic experience. I used Elite Collision through my Geico insurance and I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. I had some body work done on my BMW (they replaced my bumper & grill) and the work they did was perfect - the car looks exactly as it did when it left the lot. Staff is incredible (Karen/Chris - thank you) and everyone I spoke with was informative and no BS. I dropped my car off on Monday & had it back within 30 hours (no joke, one day). The only annoying thing about this process was the Enterprise rental I ended up getting. The car was disgusting and definitely not COVID safe. In addition to the car being disgusting, the Manager (Carlos) said he was going to honor a certain price and failed to do so. I wouldn't use their service if you don't need to but Elite Collision is incredible and I will refer everyone I know there for body work.
