DONT NOT LET THESE PEOPLE touch your clothes. I brought my wife’s $70 pair of linen pants here to get dry cleaned. The pants had absolutely no spots or stains on them when I dropped them off. However, when I picked them up and got home my wife noticed they had damaged them. I brought them back within an hour of picking them up and they offered to try and fix the damage. However when I went to pick them up a week later they said there was nothing they could do and refused to even refund me the dry cleaning bill! These people are crooks! Destroyed a good pair of $70 pants and charged me $8.

I've been a customer of this place for over 15 years, and
I'm done.
In the last months, the clothes were not ready on the day promised on the ticket, the parking is a mess, and today, they damaged my $200 guayabera and ironed it like a piece of wood, and I have to pay $8.25 for it!
The answer: “That is how it is… because it comes from ‘the plant’ (?) that way…”
We have a word in Spanish for it: chapuceros.

Ever since the original owner sold the business, customer service and customer care hasn't been the same. Dry cleaning and alterations are not completed on a timely manner. The previous owner left a great customer base. Now it's under new ownership and even higher prices. They don't have a seamstress in the mornings, only in the afternoons. So disappointing.
