Very disappointed with El Car Wash. Been a customer for quite sometime. They have been charging me 58.83 a month for unlimited cleaning and once a month I would receive a text so that I could have interior cleaned . The last 2 months I have not received my text. when going there this morning was told to see the manager as they were no longer doing the interior as of August 1st. Never once was I notified that they would be stopping this service and I have been billed for a service that I am not receiving. Victor, the sight manager told me he agreed with my concerns but not able to address them and referred me to corp 305-603-9565. Spoke to a rep who said she would credit 10.00 a month (total of 20.00) Requested a manager and spoke to Katherine who said that that was all I would get and that I should downgrade my plan. Told her that I needed to think about it. She said that I would need to call b4 Monday or they would be billing my credit card for the 58.83.... I cant believe that they would automatically bill me for services that they are not providing. I requested to speak to her Manager and she refused to transfer and said would not escalate the call. Told her to cancel my membership. El Car Wash totally dropped the ball. No communication and charging for services they are no longer providing!!!!

I subscribe to the $32 (after tax) monthly El best wash and I come nearly every day. Juanita always has a smile. Unlimited Car washes means one per day. There are a lot of options for getting a car wash all over Dade County and Broward county from a lot of locations. Juanita is one of the employees that always waves, smiles and is an asset you the coral way location!

I am always happy to wash my car at El Car wash on Coral Way. Their employees are very professional, especially Juanita (always very attentive and willing to help), without a doubt I will always choose Él Car Wash.

Always been afraid of conveyor belt car washes messing up my tesla w Miami summer approaching once a month just won’t do it. Juanita and the team here know what’s up. Highly recommend for a good fast frequent car wash.

I come to this car wash everyday as I have the monthly pass. Everyday regardless of what time of day, there are no clean towels. I find dirty towels throughout and clean are never available. Most times it seems like the dirty towels are there for multiple days without being washed as i always find the same dirty piles as i last saw them. Its disgusting and its injust that I pay for a service that i cannot have access to.

For the 3rd time when I was trying to wash my car I was told that I had already used the service that day, I was told we have your plate and your account number using the service at 12 pm, I got really upset Because I told to exit the line and and when I did my Hybrid minivan peel off cuz of all the gravel they had there.. was told they had video which od course they couldn’t produce because it was not true.The regional manager was there he was extremely confrontational. I cancel my $40 monthly membership that I had for a few years !!! Ridiculous customer service it felt like I was accused of trying to steal from them by using the car wash twice in one day !!!
