Very disappointed. I own multiple dresses but will not be returning back. There was a remaining balance of $26 that they would not return to the original form of payment. Nothing in the store is under $150. Beware of their very strict and unfair policies!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking for a dress for my senior breakfast that couldn’t show much and had to match a Hawaiian theme. The salesperson who attended me walked around the store while I walked around another side and picked dresses FOR ME. She even found me a safety pin to close up the dress to not show too much cleavage. In LOVE with this stores clothes and variety. And especially how amazing all their employees are. Even the young girl who rang me up was super nice. Thank you!

I was impressed that upon ‘chat’ that the owner called to address my concern and make good. So rare these days. He has great character.The issue was the Luxxel brand sequined gown. Please check the edges prior to purchasing.I haven’t even worn it yet, only tried on for picking out shoes and backless bra and fitting- edges already fraying, one seam coming unstitched, no hem just cut edges, same on front ruffle. Therefore sequins falling off everywhere with frayed edges. definitely will not survive a cleaning.

I’ve bought two pieces from here and I absolutely love them. Whenever I go in here, the playlist is such a vibe and it makes me want to shop for awhile. Plus, every time I would pick up something, someone would come over and bring it to my dressing room. It made my shopping experience to feel exclusive and special. I can’t wait to buy something else for a special event, thanks to the great customer service.

Wonderful place I went with My family to get some dresses for My daugther graduation everything is really beatifull.The place smells really good and we got exacly what we were looking for...We Will be always back they have such amazing clothes.The customer service is really good they help us finding the right sices and perfect color for the dresses.We left the place with a really happy feeling...

So on Sunday I went to this shop we’re I saw Such beautiful dresses but the customer service dear god i walked in were i found a lady eating fish who greeted me with her mouth full she didn’t even wash her hands when she started to show me the dresses I honestly was discussed like eww really no thank you

One of my favorite places to shop in south Miami. So glad to see him at Brickell City Centre. The owner Maxime has always been so nice and calls me when he gets a new collection he knows I’ll like. Needless to say, half of my closet is now Edite Mode. I’m addicted. Thanks for always making me feel beautiful!
