Advertised hours are inaccurate. Google says 7pm, door says 5pm and employee says 6pm. Even if you show up before closing they refuse to help. Lack of care. Employee leaving store unattended then walking in from a shopping trip during open hours.

Staff was nice service was a bit slow but I was a walk in. No parking outside prepare yourself accordingly ….. order the cookies they won’t disappoint

Fantastic went there and bought the simply bouquet it was beautiful, fresh and they did it super quick, if you’re looking for a last minute gift I fully recommend this store.

My first time using Edible Arrangements, and I gave this particular store, the opportunity to have me as a customer, only to be extremely disappointed by their bad service and the lack of empathy shown by the young lady on the phone who claimed to be the owner's daughter. I placed the order on June 6th, 2023, some time after 11am, I was promised (receipt attached) that my gift would be delivered on June 7th, 2023, I called this store on the afternoon of June 7th, no answer, no email confirmation, nothing! I left a voicemail message, but there was no response. I called today on 4 different times, of course long hold time, and on the fifth attempt, a cocky young lady answered the phone, her excuse "the driver had an issue getting to the delivery site (East Hialeah with paved streets)" her solution was to accept a delivery by today before 6pm or get a refund that would take 2-7 business days, quick to get the money, slow to refund it. I explained that the business where the gift was going closes at 3 pm and how can I reschedule a delivery before 6 pm today. Her bright answer was just "then, do you want a refund?" Never the words I'm sorry came out of her mouth, not once she offered to try to attempt to deliver my gift at least by 3pm, I asked her if her father knew how she managed his business and she answered "yes he does" with that answer I knew that I was done with that store. As for me, moving on to Fruit Bouquets.

After not delivering my grandmother’s arrangement on Valentine’s Day 2022, it took 3 weeks of phone calls to get my money refunded.This year, I thought last time was a fluke and that wouldn’t happen again… but it did. My grandmother didn’t get her arrangement on Valentine’s Day. I spoke with the manager the next morning. He refunded my delivery fee and promised me that the arrangement would get to her that day… but it didn’t. TWO YEARS IN A ROW. We used to order from Edible frequently but the prices have gone up and the service has gone down. Will not use them again.

This was all supposed to be a beautiful surprise from my husband one day before my birthday... And it turned out to be such a ugly one instead. The fruit was soggy the bag that it was in was drenched with water the sticks that the fruit was on was visible the fruits was not proportioned correctly it was such a sloppy and horrible job.The delivery time was extremely outrageous, I would definitely not recommend this particular edible arrangement location to anyone.

Just an absolutely horrible experience. They shipped the wrong item and did not justify the order the only thing I got right on my order was 3 balloons I do not recommend this place to anybody and it's a shame because I was a repeat customer and they did not justify my order.

Store is pretty irresponsible. Did not deliver the order on time or on the same day. Two days later called the store and the only thing I was offered was an apology and $5 off. No thank you. Birthday gift ruined.

No one answers the store phone no way to contact them if the delivery is going wrong. You just order and hope for the best. Disappointed. Just waiting for the delivery or a call back. ?

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to be sent to my sister yesterday for Valentine’s Day. THE STORE IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOTEL SHE IS STAYING AT. However, her gift was never delivered. I am extremely upset because she is out of town and I wanted to do something special for her on Valentine’s Day. Plus this was a very expensive gift! I paid an extra $15 just to have them delivered to her yesterday! I have tried to call the store 4 different times now and have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time. No one will pick up the phone. This is not how I expected Edible Arrangements to conduct business. Very unreliable and terrible customer service! Do not use this store to supply any gifts for someone you care about!*UPDATE*It is not just this store! The entire Edible Arrangement company is the same way! They do not care about their customers! After trying to contact them for 2 days straight, they tried to have me wait for the store (who the head corporate office couldn’t even contact) to get back with me. After explaining to the lady that was not going to happen and waiting on hold for over an hour, she finally said I would get my refund in 7-10 days. No apologies or anything. I am very upset and will make sure to never use Edible Arrangements again!

Order a Valentines gift two days before. It never got delivered on Valentine's Day. I tried calling to get a update no answer what so ever, even the day after still no answer. Just ruined my girls Valentine's Day and she didn't receive anything at all thanks to this store. Mind you my girls job is two blocks away from this location and she still didn't get it. I want my product and a refund for this very unprofessional store. I'll never order from them again. This is sad, the one day out of the year there most busiest and can't handle it. Don't not order from edible arrangements who turns there phones off because they don't want to talk to paying customers on the day they make the most money
