The hinge on my rear window hatch broke and had detached from the window. I picked up the parts and went to 2 places that told me they couldn't do it today and I'd have to wait until Monday which would cost 2 days of work I'd have to cancel. I pulled up Eagle Auto Glass, had a good feeling about them, called to ask if they could do it, told them I have the parts already and Jose told me to come right now. I did and they removed the old ones and installed the new super quick, I believe in 10 minutes or less!!! I knew it was a quick job which is why I was disappointed with the 2 places that sent me away. I'm so thankful for Jose at Eagle autoglass for getting this done expertly and expeditiously!!! It cost $75 to have both hinges done which I feel is reasonable considering it was done so well and quickly and prevents me from missing out of work. Thank you so much Jose!!!

I have been waiting for a window glass to be delivered for now going on 3 days. Excuse after excuse from can't find address, to will be there soon. to I am sorry it will be there 1st thing in the morning, to let me call and find out to where he is, to not getting a call back to. Upon calling from the business phone to their business 3 times back to back no answer but when i call from my personal phone I get an answer.. I am a business trying to do business and I can't anything done with the way things are lacking execution.
