As a 3x...usually walk out of this DXL location disappointed. Whether it's Robert Graham (or pack there of) or graphic Ts....just no real luck.
IMPORTANT - this store NEVER seems to be honoring the website promotions. Super frustrating.

It was great. The store employees were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had the perfect amount of helpfulness without the feeling that they were smothering.
I found the brands and selection to be very good. I will definitely be back.

I went to big n tall miami this afternoon I spent over $ 500 on (4) pairs of pants they no longer have tailors in house. I would have spent close to
$ 2,000 more on 4 jackets I liked but when I saw my purchases being nag placed in a cheap plastic bag instead of a quality shipping bag I declined to give them any other business. Does corporate America not understand about how to properly treat a customer ? Why spend thousands on a place that doesn’t value you ?
