"I was double charged by Dunkin', and despite assurances from a manager that I would receive a refund, they charged my card again for the same amount. This has been a significant inconvenience for me. I have already reached out to Dunkin' corporate regarding the matter, but I am still awaiting a response."

This location is only serving medium or large portions. Went on 2 different weeks, the first time I was told they had no small cups, so no problem, I got a medium. Maybe there were in fact out of that size.Next week came back to get drinks for several people, again no small of anything. Such a lame way to lose customers.At least they have a drive-thru. 2 stars because of this.

The guy at the counter was friendly and polite. The people in the kitchen behind just talk loudly; it seems like they don’t have much to do. The place is dirty, tables very unclean, and the avocado toast was very poor. I complained, and they laughed. Certainly, I won’t be coming back.

I bought a coffee and asked for cream and sugar, at the drive thru, the server was a white young man, tall, blonde and looked at me sarcastic and hypocritically asked to have a nice day...As I drove out I found out neither the milk or sugar was added to my coffee which I had to drink bitterly.

Waiting for more than 10 minutes at a "fast food" drive-through can be quite annoying, especially when there's no manager around to address your complaint. It was very inconvenient to have to go inside and demand for a refund. it was disappointing entering into an atmosphere inside that was chaotic, loud music playing and the work areas looking dirty.

It was ok, I ordered at the drive-thru and they asked me to park and wait for my food. However time passed by and I kept waiting, after a few minutes I went inside to see what happened, just to find out they forgot to bring my food to the car.Parking: They have very limited parking spaces.

Since new Manager is there, service has been decreasing by the day. Avoid this place.

It's a smaller location on a very busy street. Not enough parking and not enough staff so service is not as good as it can be if the staff had the resources they needed to provide better service.

They are slow as molasses. Placed an order ahead and it took 30 minutes to get my drink once I arrived?! Defeats purpose of ordering ahead..

The kids working the drive-through at this Dunkin are always polite and helpful. I appreciate it, and I hope their supervisors appreciate it too!

This DD used to be great with previous workers. Now it is horrible! It took 20 minutes to get 4 wake up wraps, 2 hashbrowns that were hard as rocks and they didn't give me the donut I ordered. They take forever to Take an order in the drive thru. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DD! I AM SURE THEY WILL BE HAPPY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN WORKING.
