Outstanding service from Kevin S. I purchased tiles from Don Bailey Flooring in December. When our renovation finally started after a few months delay, we noticed a few of the tile boxes were broken. I contacted Kevin who immediately arranged to replace the boxes free of charge. Kevin's outstanding client relationship and communication skills transformed me into a loyal customer. I can't say enough good things about the experience with Don Bailey Flooring. Elisa was on top of everything through the entire process -- from coordinating all of the paperwork for my condo building to ensuring the installers were getting the job done correctly and according to the timeline. I wish all of my renovations had gone like this. The price was fair. The customer service was excellent. The workmanship is superb. And now I have beautiful floors that will last for years and years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was blessed to have Ms.Karen as my shopping associate and she made my experience with these guys A1! Where i found some things difficult she was able to help me out professionally and efficiently. Picking out a color, pattern etc would have taken me hours alone, but she made sure the perfect carpet was picked within 30 minutes! I highly recommend Karen Don Baileys.
