A lady named Ana or Anny attended to me, very disrespectful. Even before I washed my hair, she started with her derogatory comments like “bad bun” and “Cacata” making her bad taste jokes that only made her laugh. I told him twice not to give me the treatment and he still did it, I ended up paying $15 dollars for something I did NOT want and that I did NOT ask for. He began to insist that I had to cut my hair, you as a stylist give a recommendation and the client decides if she wants. In the end I cut it because she's the one who knows :) $30 dollars for something I didn't ask for either. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. The room is very nice and has a very good atmosphere, I can't say that it was bad because of just one person but you could tell how uncomfortable she was and no one intervened either. Anyway, if your hair is bad like mine or shitty, I recommend you get it done with one of the other girls. And finally, she has the nerve to tell me to send her the tip through Zelle, insisting without even finishing getting ready.

The Hairdresser Josefina is not professional at all, she wants to look good with all the clients and you cannot work like that, three clients arrive and I arrive with my daughters first than the other clients, she comes to leave me last because she is going to do them first and she even told me to wash my daughter's hair while she does a blow-dry. That's why I do my daughter's hair at home and it's not the first time she's done it to me and she says she's my friend.
