Has the basic needs/goods one wants at a lower price! Service is good, personnel ? nice! Parking right up front. The only problem is there's always people hanging out in front of the store which is therefore annoying and sometimes scary ?

Check them out. It's a convenience store. They also sell food and lottery. Very friendly.
