At 8:30 pm on 12/27/2024 I was doing my shopping, when I went to pay I waited a long time for the cashier to take his attention off the phone,
And- - - - the cashier needs customer service training, while the line increases he looks at his program on the phone about the work team, many ban leaving the merchandise and leaving without purchasing, I urgently suggest putting restrictive staff The phones during work hours will return in a week if there is a change. 5 stars, they deserve it. Everything is very organized and the rest of the employees are focused on their work.

I put one star but should be a cero star. The cashier lady was very rude. Lack of products and only 2 mega lines to pay. Suggest go to a different store.

I visited this store around noon today, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Three aisles were completely blocked by carts with merchandise, making it impossible to access certain products. When I asked the employees for help, they barely made eye contact and responded rudely, making me feel ignored and uncomfortable.
While I was at the register, the cashier was loudly chatting with another employee, showing no interest in assisting me properly. Honestly, it felt like being in a store in Cuba. All the workers were Cuban, and unfortunately, their bad manners seemed imported with them. It was a frustrating experience.

The customer service is deplorable. My boyfriend cut his hand while in line helping the cashier fix the machine in order to slide the items down the roll. No consideration was given. Manager Yaima doesn’t answer the phone at all. This could have been prevented if the cashier had not asked for help in time of need due to poor management. Cashier stated that she’d given us a “discount” but we were charged $24 for our 24 items… what discount or consideration is that? Horrible work ethic, management, and store.

I’ve made two online orders to pick up on this store and their service has been excellent, which is why I decided to do this review. When I call they are always nice, and every time I go to pick up the orders, the managers are very helpful and they even help me take the order to my car. Definitely the best Dollar Tree store I’ve been to.
