There has been no air conditioning for 15 days or more, being in that place becomes irresistible for clients and workers, it is a lack of respect. With so many air conditioning companies in Miami, I see no reason why they haven't solved this big problem, but rather they should close it until they are able to offer a good service, otherwise very good treatment and variety of products.

The problem without air conditioning is an ongoing issue in this store last year and last month and also today . Is very poor condition for the public and the staff that has to earn a living this way. The staff is very nice and Ms. Annette is very sweet and the self check out is horrible issue for your store. I hate to give bad reviews but the situation with no air conditioning is very unhealthy and seen like no one has learned anything from Covid. Please fix the problems.

I want to make this comment because on several occasions I have visited the store and the heat is unbearable, the refrigerators are empty and the products are melted and hot, it seems that there is no air conditioning, I have had to leave the checkout line because it can't stand it the heat, I hope they take measures to solve these problems as quickly as possible.

I want to make this comment since it is a lack of respect for the public and the Dollar Tree workers since I have visited the store on several occasions and the heat is unbearable. From what I see, there is no air conditioning in this institution. The refrigerators have vases and the chocolates. They look confused I hope they solve that problem

This store is always well stock. There's quite a number of employees on the floor so you can always ask for help. Shame is gone to $1.25 (+tax) which is a 25% increase :/

Dollar Tree please do better when hiring people. It’s 2023 no one has room for people to still be prejudice. I’m in full government security work uniform. What in the world would I plan to steal. The cashier should just check people out herself instead of letting people use self checkout in the morning since she’s so worried about black people stealing. I was just buying a few snacks before that’s all. When the older Spanish man who was before me was checking out she didn’t look at his screen or check his side to see if he left something. All she did was say bye and smiled. I didn’t even get a bye.
