What can I say on Mother’s Day there was 0 balloons she went out of her way to get the ones floating w no string around the store for me. The poor lady invented a stick with a tape to get my mom a balloon this is the real definition of a true worker who loves her job. I never come to this dollar store, but I will start coming just because of her type of customer service. Gracia Patricia

This is the store to come and hang out. Full of people, ONLY ONE register open so just stand in line and talk with the person in front or behind you for entertainment. The workers need tutoring on how to treat the customers. The shelves are almost always empty. All those empty shelves makes it look like the store is shutting down. Restock the shelves as needed so the store doesn’t look so sad.

I'm disappointed with the customer service I encountered today in Miami. It seems that there is a communication barrier as the cashiers are not fluent in English. This makes interactions challenging. Specifically, on April 28, 2024, at register one, a cashier speaking Spanish insisted that a customer return her basket, which led to a misunderstanding and visibly frustrated the cashier. When it was my turn, I asked for 10 gold balloon stars and was told to search through a disorganized pile myself, which was surprising as I expected assistance. I spoke with the manager, Douglas Polanco, who unfortunately repeated the same directive. It's concerning to see such unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior at this Dollar Tree store. When did it become acceptable to treat customers this way?

I had several words with the cashier's advisor, then a man who must be the manager came to tell me that how they treat each other is their thing and that I didn't care, it was all because I felt bad that they were going to tell him to the cashier who was in a daze and that she couldn't delete more than three items, but if it was already done, the most logical thing would be to tell her in the office, not in front of a line.

A lot of options (included seasonals).People buying. Employees refilling and helping customers. But to me, the biggest surprise is not the small prices, but the good quality of the merchandise.

Fatal, I bought 20 plates of slabs and they didn't allow me to take the cart from the store to the car, I had to go out in the rain and bring my cart to the store to be able to load that. I left very upset. Miami increasingly looks like a country whose name I don't even want to remember
