I'm not going anymore and I hope no one else does so they don't go through the same thing as me. I was a frequent customer of this place, because it is in the same square as the gym where I train, but I never plan to go again. Yesterday I stood in front of that place for 10 minutes and even though I didn't go in, I was only standing in front of it. From that place 2 workers came out to tell me to leave in front of the door and they did it with very bad form and character and even recording the moment, I even showed them my license that I am Security and they did not understand, they were very bad professionalism for someone who didn't even get to enter the store, I guess they were having a very bad day but that doesn't give them the right to ruin the day of others, I felt so bad that I went home with a lot of pain in my neck. head and dizziness, I imagine that the way they treated me perhaps lowered my blood pressure, I don't go anymore and I hope no one else does so they don't go through the same thing. I think I deserve an apology. Maybe I should have recorded the moment and taken them to court for unjustified mistreatment and damage to my morale because I felt like they treated me like a criminal when I didn't even enter the store but was always in a public area.

It's really sad that out of 5 staff members no one speaks English and the really sad part is they tell you no English and then walks away. No customer service help at all.

Of course I love the cheap items since my daughter has many projects. My daughter completed her barbie project for under $10. This location has improved a lot. It use to be messy but it’s very busy so I understand. It’s well organized now so I know they are really making an effort or got new employees since it’s still just as busy but in better order
