Cashier /manager Maria had a complete attitude with us trying to exchange items today. Had a receipt from another location within a 7 mile radius not even three hours between the transaction time, but was running late heading into traffic . This was the next closest location. NOTHING had been used. Never had an issue before making an exchange for items from a Dollar Tree but TODAY at this location !! Definitely filing a complaint.

Manager(Maria) just blatantly stereotype me follow me around the store believe I was stealing, completely ignoring a long line of customers to have me pay for my three items to get all her store as soon as possible.

Had a bad experience with the cashier Maida. She made the mistake of ringing twice an item of mine, and because she didn't want to call a manager was telling me to pick up something else, when I told her I really didn't need anything she got mad and starting saying that because I didn't want to add something else now she had to Call María (the manager). I stood silent, so she called María. Then she said that I had to sign a paper of returned and when I asked why would I do that if she didn't actually charge my card, she was just in the beginning of scanning my items she said that was to "exclude her from the blame". So I told her I didn't feel comfortable signing as it was not my fault nor I put my card. She got furious and snatched my bag from me witch I paid for), and I asked her name as her name tag was put on backward. And as I was walking away, she yelled that she wasn't afraid of me, so I replied, "Neither was I." This whole conversation was in Spanish.

The store was well stocked and very neat. Of the Dollar Trees I have visited, this is the best one I have seen. The cashier, Aymara, was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this store highly!
